Description
Claims (14)
- 로봇 워크스테이션(1)으로서, 부품 지지부(10)가 제공된 자유 단부를 가진 아암(9)을 구비하는 적어도 하나의 다축 부품 취급 로봇(7) 및, 지지부와 기능적으로 협동하는 제 1 작동 유니트 및 제 2 작동 유니트(5,6)를 포함하고,지지부는 부품들을 수용하기 위한 위치(14)들이 제공된 동체(11)를 포함하고, 상기 각각의 위치가 작동 유니트들중 하나에 의해서 동시에 접근될 수 있도록 상기 위치들이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 로봇 워크스테이션(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,지지부(10)의 동체(11)는 복수개의 면(face,13)들을 가지고, 그 각각은 부품들을 수용하기 위한 위치(14)를 형성하는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,위치(14)들은 동체(11)의 2 개의 반대면(13)들상에 배치되고, 동체는 면들에 대하여 대칭적으로 연장된 축(12)의 둘레로 피봇되도록 취급 로봇(7)의 아암(9)의 자유 단부상에 장착되는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,지지부(10)의 동체(11)가 부품들을 수용하기 위한 위치(14)들이 제공된 면(13)을 가지는 경우에, 지지부(10)와 기능적으로 함께 작동하기에 적절한 적어도 같은 수의 작동 유니트(5,6,15)들을 포함하는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,취급 로봇(7)은 지지부 교체기(support changer)를 포함하는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,작동 유니트(5,6)들중 적어도 하나는 작동에 있어서 지지부(11)의 적어도 2 개의 면들과 연속으로 함께 작동하도록 설치되는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,위치(14)들에는 부품들을 기하학적으로 위치 선정시키기 위한 수단이 제공되는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,위치(14)들중 적어도 하나에는, 그 위치에 위치되어 있는 부품에 대한 조립을 위하여 부품을 유지하는 선택적인 유지 프레임(16)을 위한 유지 수단이 제공되는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 작동 유니트는 부품들을 지지부(10)에 로딩시키기 위한 로딩 로봇(5)인, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 작동 유니트는 부품들을 지지부(10)로부터 언로딩(unloading)시키기 위한 언로딩 로봇(5)인, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 작동 유니트는 실질적으로 정지된 작업 헤드(6)이고, 워크스테이션은 취급 로봇(7)과 제 1 작동 유니트(5)의 움직임을 조화시키도록 배치된 제어 유니트(8)를 포함하는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,취급 로봇(7,5) 및 작동 유니트들중 적어도 하나는 공통의 제어 유니트(8)에 연결되는, 로봇 워크스테이션.
- 지지부(10)가 제공된 자유 단부를 구비한 아암(9)을 가지는 적어도 하나의 취급 로봇(7), 상기 지지부(10)에 제공된 적어도 제 1 부품 수용 위치 및 제 2 부품 수용 위치(14.1, 14.2)들로 부품들을 로딩시키기 위한 로딩 로봇(5) 및, 작동 유니트(6)를 구비하는 워크스테이션의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 부품 수용 위치들은 그 각각이 로딩 로봇 및 작동 유니트에 의해 동시에 접근 가능하도록 배치되고, 상기 워크스테이션의 제어 방법은:부품을 제 1 위치에 로딩시키도록 로딩 로봇을 제어하는 단계;제 1 위치에 수용된 부품을 제 2 작동 유니트에 대하여 있도록 취급 로봇을 제어하는 단계; 및제 2 작동 유니트에 대하여 있는 부품에 작업을 수행하도록 제 2 작동 유니트를 제어하고, 작동 유니트에 의해 작업이 수행되는 동안에 부품을 제 2 위치에 로딩시키도록 로딩 로봇을 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는, 워크스테이션의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,작업 동안에, 취급 로봇(7)은 지지부(10)를 움직이고, 로딩 로봇(5)은 부품을 제 2 위치로 로딩시키도록 취급 로봇과 조화되어 제어되는, 워크스테이션의 제어 방법.
