Description
Claims (12)
- 대칭 축(A)에 대해 회전하는 투명 또는 반투명 공동 물체(2)에서 나타나는 광반사 결함들을 검출하기 위한 광검사 장치(1)에 있어서,다른 입사각에서 물체의 검사 영역(Z)을 조명하는 일련의 광선들을 제공할 수 있는 조명 시스템(6);물체가 회전하는 동안 검사 영역의 이미지들을 만드는 렌즈(9)가 장착된 카메라(8); 및상기 이미지들에서 반사 결함들의 존재를 검출하기 위해 카메라로 촬영된 이미지를 분석 및 프로세싱하는 유닛을 포함하고,다른 시야각에서 촬영된 시계들을 각각의 이미지에서 일련의 검사 영역 시계를 형성하기 위해 검사 영역(Z)과 렌즈들(9) 사이에 배치되어 검사 영역(Z)에 의해 반사된 광선들을 대기로 편향시키는 일련의 광편향 요소(11)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광편향 요소(11)들은 카메라의 광시야각 축(V)의 양면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광편향 요소(11)들은 카메라의 광시야각 축(V)에 대해 대칭적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광편향 요소(11)들은 서로 다른 광편향 각을 갖는 카메라의 광시야각 축(V)의 동일한 면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광편향 요소(11)들은 구면 렌즈, 실린더 렌즈, 프리즘 또는 미러로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 광편향 요소(11)들은 프레넬 프리즘 또는 프레넬 렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조명 시스템(6)과 광편향 요소(11)들은 물체에 대해 동일한 면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광편향 요소(11)들은 수직 표면 크랙들을 검출하기 위해 수평 방향에 나란히 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조명 시스템(6) 및 광편향 요소(11)들은 상기 물체의 양면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수평 표면 크랙들을 검출하기 위해 수직 방향에 부가된 광편향 요소(11)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이미지를 분석 및 프로세싱하는 유닛(20)은 물체의 결함에 대응하는 모바일용에서 고정용의 반사빔들을 구별하기 위해 촬영된 이미지들의 시계로부터 추출된 데이터 사이의 비교를 보장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 광검사 장치(1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 또는 반투명 공동 물체(2)들을 검사하기 위한 장치.
