- 충방전 가능한 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와,차량 외부의 전원(34)으로부터 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)를 충전 가능하게 구성된 충전장치(26 ; 20-1, 20-2, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2)와,상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와 전력을 수수 가능하게 구성된 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)와,상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)를 제어하는 제어장치(30, 32 ; 30A, 32)를 구비하고,상기 제어장치(30, 32 ; 30A, 32)는,상기 충전장치(26 ; 20-1, 20-2, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2)에 의한 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전이 요구되면, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와 상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)의 사이에서 전력을 수수하도록 상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)를 제어하는 충방전 제어부(56, 32)와,상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와 상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)의 사이에서 전력이 수수되고 있을 때의 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 전압 및 전류에 의거하여, 상기 전압과 상기 전류의 상관관계를 나타내는 전압 전류 특성을 산출하는 제 1 연산부(50)와,상기 제 1 연산부(50)에 의해 산출된 전압 전류 특성에 의거하여 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 개방단 전압을 산출하는 제 2 연산부(52)와,미리 설정된 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 개방단 전압과 충전상태의 상관관계를 이용하여, 상기 제 2 연산부(52)에 의해 산출된 개방단 전압에 의거하여 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전상태를 추정하는 충전상태 추정부(54)를 포함하는 전동차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 충전상태 추정부(54)에 의한 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전상태의 추정 후, 상기 충전장치(26 ; 20-1, 20-2, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2)에 의한 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전이 개시되는 전동차량.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)는, 충방전 가능한 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)를 포함하고,상기 제 1 연산부(50)는, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2) 사이에서 전력이 수수되고 있을 때의 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)의 전압 및 전류에 의거하여, 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)에 대한 전압과 전류의 상관관계를 나타내는 전압 전류 특성을 더 산출하고,상기 제 2 연산부(52)는, 상기 제 1 연산부(50)에 의해 산출된 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)의 전압 전류 특성에 의거하여 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)의 개방단 전압을 더 산출하고,상기 충전상태 추정부(54)는, 미리 설정된 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)의 개방단 전압과 충전상태의 상관관계를 이용하여, 상기 제 2 연산부(52)에 의해 산출된 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)의 개방단 전압에 의거하여 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)의 충전상태를 더 추정하는 전동차량.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)는, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)에 대응하여 설치되는 복수의 전압변환장치(8-1, 8-2)를더 포함하고,상기 충방전 제어부(56, 32)는, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2) 사이에서 전력을 수수하도록 상기 복수의 전압 변환장치(8-1, 8-2)를 제어하는 전동차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치(30A, 32)는, 상기 제 1 연산부(50)에 의해 산출된 전압 전류 특성에 의거하여 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 열화상태를 판정하는 열화 판정부(62)를 더 포함하는 전동차량.
- 전동차량에 탑재된 축전장치의 충전상태를 추정하는 충전상태 추정방법에 있어서,상기 전동차량은,충방전 가능한 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와,차량 외부의 전원(34)으로부터 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)를 충전 가능하게 구성된 충전장치(26 ; 20-1, 20-2, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2)와,상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와 전력을 수수 가능하게 구성된 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)를 구비하고,상기 충전상태 추정방법은,상기 충전장치(26 ; 20-1, 20-2, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2)에 의한 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전이 요구되면, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와 상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)의 사이에서 전력을 수수하도록 상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)를 제어하는 제 1 단계와,상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)와 상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)의 사이에서 전력이 수수되고 있을 때의 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 전압 및 전류에 의거하여, 상기전압과 상기 전류의 상관관계를 나타내는 전압 전류 특성을 산출하는 제 2 단계와,그 산출된 전압 전류 특성에 의거하여 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 개방단 전압을 산출하는 제 3 단계와,미리 설정된 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 개방단 전압과 충전상태의 상관관계를 이용하여, 상기 제 3 단계에서 산출된 개방단 전압에 의거하여 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전상태를 추정하는 제 4 단계를 포함하는 충전상태 추정방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 제 4 단계에 의한 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전상태의 추정 후, 상기 충전장치(26 ; 20-1, 20-2, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2)에 의한 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 충전을 개시하는 제 5 단계를 더 포함하는 충전상태 추정방법.

- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 전력장치(8-1, 8-2, 6-2)는, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2)에 대응하여 설치되는 복수의 전압 변환장치(8-1, 8-2)를 더 포함하고,상기 제 1 단계에서, 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 축전장치(6-2) 사이에서 전력을 수수하도록 상기 복수의 전압 변환장치(8-1, 8-2)가 제어되는 충전상태 추정방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 제 2 단계에서 산출된 전압 전류 특성에 의거하여 상기 제 1 축전장치(6-1)의 열화상태를 판정하는 제 6 단계를 더 포함하는 충전상태 추정방법.
