Claims (15)
- 차체(102) 및/또는 차체 부분 형태의 도장될 물체를 도장하기 위한 도장 공장(paint shop)에 있어서,
- 건물 내부(building interior)(132)를 둘러싸고, 상기 건물 내부에 적어도 하나의 침지 탱크(dip tank)(140, 148)와 상기 건물 내부(132)에 대해 개방된 적어도 하나의 개방 처리 영역(open treatment area)(188, 190, 192, 304, 310)이 배열되어 있는 건물 외관(building shell)(116)과,
- 도장될 물체가 적어도 하나의 개방 처리 영역(188, 190, 192, 304, 310)을 통해 운반될 수 있는 제 1 운반 레벨(transport level)(104)과,
- 도장될 물체가 적어도 하나의 침지 탱크(140, 148) 안으로 침지될 수 있는 제 2 운반 레벨(106)과,
- 도장될 적어도 하나의 물체가 상기 도장 공장(100)의 하나의 운반 레벨(104, 106)로부터 중간 보관 유닛(107)으로 운반된 후, 상기 중간 보관 유닛(107)으로부터 상기 도장 공장(100)의 다른 운반 레벨(106, 104)로 운반될 수 있는, 적어도 하나의 중간 보관 유닛(intermediate storage unit)(107)을
포함하는, 도장 공장. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 보관 유닛(107)은 선택적으로 충전될 수 있는, 도장될 물체를 위한 복수의 보관 베이(storage bay)(171)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중간 보관 유닛(107)은 고층-베이 보관 유닛(high-bay storage unit)(108, 110, 112)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도장될 물체는 적어도 하나의 건조기(drier)(152, 204, 276, 286)를 통해 상기 제 2 운반 레벨(106)에서 운반될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 운반 레벨(106)의 도장될 물체는 적어도 하나의 페인트 분무실(paint spray booth)(202, 274, 282)을 통해 운반될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104)의 도장될 물체는 적어도 하나의 초벌칠 도포 유닛(underseal application nit)(190)을 통해 운반될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페인트 분무실(202, 274, 282)의 배기 공기로부터 페인트 과다분무를 분리하기 위한 적어도 하나의 분리 장치(208) 및/또는 페인트 슬러지(322)를 처리하기 위한 적어도 하나의 장치는 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104) 위에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 페인트 분무실(202, 274, 282)에 유입 공기를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 공기 공급 유닛(320)은 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104) 위에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도장 공장(100)은 적어도 하나의 페인트 분무실(202, 274, 282)로부터 배기 공기를 배출하기 위한 적어도 하나의 배기 공기 유닛(324)을 포함하고, 상기 배기 공기 유닛(324)은 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104)의 레벨에서 상기 건물 외관(116) 밖에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 건조기(152, 204, 276, 286)를 가열하기 위한 적어도 하나의 가열 유닛(156, 212, 290)은 제 1 운반 레벨(104)에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도장 공장(100)의 모든 처리 장치(process device)는 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104)로부터 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도장 공장(100)은 적어도 두 개의 중간 보관 유닛(107)을 포함하고, 상기 중간 보관 유닛에 의해 도장될 물체가 상기 도장 공장(100)의 하나의 운반 레벨(104, 106, 218)로부터 상기 도장 공장(100)의 다른 운반 레벨(218, 106, 104)로 운반될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도장 공장(100)의 각각의 처리 장치는 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104)에 배열되거나 또는 골격구조(framework)에 배열되고, 상기 골격구조는 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104)에 배열되어 있는 상기 건물 외관(116)의 바닥(124)으로부터 상방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 중간 보관 유닛(107)이 상기 건물 외관(116)의 벽(114)에 바로 인접하게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도장 공장(100)의 모든 처리 장치는 상기 도장 공장(100)의 상기 제 1 운반 레벨(104)에 배열되어 있거나 상기 제 2 운반 레벨(106)에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도장 공장.
