Abstract
(bi) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 히드록실 함유 천연 오일 또는 지방 또는 히드록실 함유 천연 오일 또는 지방과 알킬렌 옥사이드의 반응 생성물 25 내지 70 중량%,
(bii) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 100 내지800 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가 및 3 내지 5의 작용가(functionality)를 가지며 그리고 아민 상에 알킬렌 옥사이드의 첨가반응에 의해 제조된 폴리에테르 알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 알콜 3 내지 30 중량%,
(biii) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 10 내지 80 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가 및 2 내지 5의 작용가를 가지며 그리고 H-작용성 출발 물질 상에 에틸렌 옥사이드 및 프로필렌 옥사이드의 첨가반응에 의해 제조될 수 있는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 알콜로서, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 비율은 폴리에테르 알콜의 중량을 기준으로 5-25 중량%이고, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 일부는 폴리에테르 사슬의 단부에서 첨가되는 것인 폴리에테르 알콜 20-50 중량%,
(biv) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 2-4의 작용가, 15-60 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가 및 폴리에테르 알콜의 중량을 기준으로 한 > 50 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 알콜 > 0-8 중량%
의 혼합물을 사용하는 것인 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (18)
- (a) 폴리이소시아네이트를 (b) 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성인 2개 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 점탄성 연질 폴루레탄 폼을 제조하는 방법으로서, 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성인 2개 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물로서는
(bi) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 히드록실 함유 천연 오일 또는 지방 또는 히드록실 함유 천연 오일 또는 지방과 알킬렌 옥사이드의 반응 생성물 25 내지 70 중량%,
(bii) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 100 내지800 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가 및 3 내지 5의 작용가(functionality)를 가지며 그리고 아민 상에 알킬렌 옥사이드의 첨가반응에 의해 제조된 폴리에테르 알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 알콜 3 내지 30 중량%,
(biii) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 10 내지 80 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가 및 2 내지 5의 작용가를 가지며 그리고 H-작용성 출발 물질 상에 에틸렌 옥사이드 및 프로필렌 옥사이드의 첨가반응에 의해 제조될 수 있는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 알콜로서, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 비율은 폴리에테르 알콜의 중량을 기준으로 5-25 중량%이고, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 일부는 폴리에테르 사슬의 단부에서 첨가되는 것인 폴리에테르 알콜 20-50 중량%,
(biv) 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 한, 2-4의 작용가, 15-60 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가 및 폴리에테르 알콜의 중량을 기준으로 한 > 50 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 알콜 > 0-8 중량%
의 혼합물을 사용하는 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (bi)은 2-4의 작용가(functionality)를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (bi)은 20-200 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (bi)이 캐스타 오일인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(bi)은 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 30-60 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(bii)은 150 내지 500 mg KOH/g 범위의 히드록실 가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(bii)은 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 3 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(biii)은 2 내지 60 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(biii)은 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 25 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(biv)은 성분 (bi), (bii), (biii) 및 (biv)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1-8 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(biv)은 폴리에테르 알콜의 중량을 기준으로 하여 > 70 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트(a)로서는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트(a)로서는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 폴리페닐렌폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물을 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트(a)로서는 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성인 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물과 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와의 이소시아네이트 기 및 우레탄 기 함유 반응 생성물을 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성인 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물로서는 캐스타 오일을 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응은 발포제의 존재 하에 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 발포제로서는 물을 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따라 제조될 수 있는 연질 폴리우레탄 폼.
