Claims (9)
- 액체 재료를 토출(吐出)하는 토출구를 가지는 노즐과, 상기 노즐 및 액체 재료 공급원과 연통되는 유로(流路)를 가지는 노즐 유닛과, 베이스 부재와, 베이스 부재에 설치되고, 상기 노즐 유닛을 회전시키는 회동(回動) 장치를 포함하는 노즐 회전 기구로서,
상기 노즐을, 상기 노즐의 토출구의 중심선(207)과 상기 노즐 유닛의 회전축 중심선(306)이 각도를 구성하도록 노즐 유닛에 설치하고,
상기 노즐 유닛을, 상기 회동 장치에 착탈(着脫) 가능하게 장착한, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회동 장치는, 상기 회전축 중심선(306)을 축 방향으로 관통하여 연장되고, 상기 노즐 유닛이 끼워 설치되는 중공부(中空部)를 가지는 모터를 포함하여 구성되는, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 유닛이 가지는 유로는, 상기 액체 재료 공급원과 연통되는 측의 단부(端部)에 상기 회전축 중심선(306)과 동축(同軸)에 설치된 공급측 개구부(210)를 포함하는, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 공급측 개구부와 접속된 접속관(501)과, 상기 노즐 유닛과 이격되어 베이스 부재에 설치되고, 상기 접속관을 고정시키는 접속관 고정 부재(502)를 포함하는, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 접속관(501)은 실질적으로 직선형이며, 상기 액체 재료 공급원을 직결하기 위한 돌출부(503)를 포함하는, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 유닛에 설치된 검지용 부재와, 상기 베이스 부재에 설치된 센서부를 포함하여 구성되는 회전 위치 검지 기구를 구비하는, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 검지용 부재는 회전축 중심선(306)을 사이에 두고, 상기 노즐과 대향하는 위치에 설치되는, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐을, 상기 토출구가 노즐 유닛의 외주의 내측 아래쪽에 위치하도록 배치한, 노즐 회전 기구. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 노즐 회전 기구;
상기 노즐 회전 기구와 도포 대상물을 상대 이동시키는 상대 이동 기구;
액체 재료 공급원;
제어 장치
를 포함하는 도포 장치.
