Claims (9)
- 이하에 나타내는 주제(A)와 경화제(B)를 반응시켜 얻어지는 우레탄 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 수작업 시공용 도공제;
(A) 3 수산기 관능체 이상의 다수산기 관능체를 적어도 포함하는 분자량이 200 이상인 장쇄 폴리올(e)을 포함하는 폴리올 성분(a)의 말단에 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트가 결합된 이소시아네이트기 말단 프리폴리머(b)와, 미결합의 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트(c)를 함유하는 주제,
(B) 분자량이 200 미만인 단쇄 폴리올(f)로 이루어지는 가교제(g)와 분자량이 200 이상인 장쇄 폴리올(h)을 함유하는 경화제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 경화제(B)에 있어서 상기 가교제(g) 및 상기 장쇄 폴리올(h)의 OH기 합계량에 대한 상기 가교제(g)의 OH기 배합비는 몰기준으로 60~90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수작업 시공용 도공제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 주제(A)는 상기 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트와 상기 폴리올 성분(a)이 NCO기 함유율이 4~9 질량%가 되도록 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수작업 시공용 도공제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주제(A)에 있어서 상기 폴리올 성분(a)은 분자량이 200 미만인 단쇄 폴리올(d)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수작업 시공용 도공제. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 주제(A)에 있어서 상기 장쇄 폴리올(e)은 2 수산기 관능체와 3 수산기 관능체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수작업 시공용 도공제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경화제(B)에 있어서 상기 장쇄 폴리올(h)로서 폴리머 폴리올과 피마자유 폴리올 중 어느 하나와 폴리에테르 폴리올의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수작업 시공용 도공제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경화제(B)에 있어서 상기 장쇄 폴리올(h)로서 폴리에테르 폴리올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수작업 시공용 도공제. - 제 1 항의 수작업 시공용 도공제에 사용되는 주제(A)로서, 3 수산기 관능체 이상의 다수산기 관능체를 적어도 포함하는 분자량이 200 이상인 장쇄 폴리올(e)을 포함하는 폴리올 성분(a)의 말단에 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트가 결합된 이소시아네이트기 말단 프리폴리머(b)와, 미결합의 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트(c)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주제.
- 제 1 항의 수작업 시공용 도공제에 사용되는 경화제(B)로서, 분자량이 200 미만인 단쇄 폴리올(f)로 이루어지는 가교제(g)와 분자량이 200 이상인 장쇄 폴리올(h)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화제.
