Claims (17)
- 복수의 지혈 구성요소를 포함하는, 특히 환자 상에서 개복, 복강경 또는 내시경 수술 후에 출혈을 능동적으로 멈추게 하기 위한 지혈 기구(1, 1', 1")로서, 적어도 하기 지혈 구성요소들이 제공되는, 지혈 기구(1, 1', 1"):
- 응고 전극(19)을 이용하여 생물학적 조직의 응고 온도 보다 높은 온도를 발생시킴으로써 조직을 응고시키기 위한 열적 지혈 기기;
- 하나 이상의 방전 전극(19, 27) 및 절연 기기(21, 21')를 이용하여 유전체 장벽 방전(dielectric barrier discharge)을 발생시키기 위한 생화학적 지혈 기기로서, 절연 기기가 방전 전극과 치료될 조직(23) 사이에 배열된 생화학적 지혈 기기;
- 혈액 응고에 영향을 미치는 물질을 치료될 조직에 공급하기 위한 공급 기기(5, 7'); 및
- 희가스(noble gas)를 치료될 조직에 공급하기 위한 공급 기기(5). - 제 1항에 있어서, 지혈 기구가 유전체 장벽 방전 동안 혈액을 생물학적 조직의 응고 온도 미만의 온도로 내인성 또는 외인성 가열시키기 위한 가열 기기 형태의 추가 지혈 구성요소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 지혈 기구.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 열적 지혈 기기가 접촉 응고, 또는 플라즈마 응고, 특히 아르곤 플라즈마 응고를 위해 설계됨을 특징으로 하는, 지혈 기구.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열적 지혈 기기의 응고 전극(19)이 동시에 생화학적 지혈 기기의 방전 전극을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는, 지혈 기구.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생화학적 지혈 기기의 방전 전극(27)이 고리 전극으로서 설계되고 열적 지혈 기기의 응고 전극(19)에 대해 동축으로 배열됨을 특징으로, 지혈 기구.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 지혈 구성요소를 사용하는 동안에 발생되는 조직 영향(tissue effect)을 획득하는 하나 이상의 조직 센서(17)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 지혈 기구.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상황- 및 환자-의존적 영향에 따라, 개개 지혈 구성요소들을 최적으로 셋팅하고/거나 조합함을 특징으로 하는, 지혈 기구.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 환자-의존적 영향이 하나 이상의 바이오센서(37)에 의해 획득된 환자 정보 형태로 입수 가능함을 특징으로 하는, 지혈 기구.
- 환자 상에서 출혈을 멈추게 하기 위한, 특히 개복, 복강경 또는 내시경 수술 후에 출혈을 멈추게 하기 위한 수술 기기로서,
- 외과 수술 개입 동안, 전, 또는 개시 시에 환자의 혈액 성질을 획득하기 위한 하나 이상의 바이오센서; 및
- 복수의 지혈 구성요소를 갖는 지혈 기구로서, 하나 이상의 열적 지혈 구성요소 및 하나의 생화학적 지혈 구성요소가 제공된 지혈 기구를 포함하며,
- 각각 바이오센서에 의해 획득된 환자의 혈액 성질에 따라 개개 지혈 구성요소들이 최적으로 셋팅되고/거나 조합된, 수술 기기. - 제 9항에 있어서, 열적 지혈 구성요소가 RF-전류가 공급되는 응고 전극을 이용하여 생물학적 조직의 응고 온도 보다 높은 온도를 발생시킴으로써 조직을 응고하기 위해 설계됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 열적 지혈 구성요소가 접촉 응고, 또는 플라즈마 응고, 특히 아르곤 플라즈마 응고를 위해 설계됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 9항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생화학적 지혈 구성요소가 하나 이상의 방전 전극 및 절연 기기를 이용하여 유전체 장벽 방전을 발생시키도록 설계되며, 절연 기기가 방전 전극과 치료될 조직 사이에 배열되며, 방전 전극에 RF-전류가 공급됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 9항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혈액 응고에 영향을 미치는 물질을 치료될 조직에 공급하기 위한 공급 기기 형태의 추가 지혈 구성요소가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 9항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희가스를 치료될 조직에 공급하기 위한 공급 기기 형태의 추가 지혈 구성요소가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 12항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유전체 장벽 방전 동안 혈액을 생물학적 조직의 응고 온도 미만의 온도로 내인성 또는 외인성 가열시키기 위한 가열 기기 형태의 추가 지혈 구성요소가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 9항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수술 기기, 특히 지혈 기구가 하나 이상의 지혈 구성요소를 사용하는 동안에 발생되는 조직 영향을 획득하는 조직 센서를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
- 제 9항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개개 지혈 구성요소들의 셋팅 및/또는 조합의 최적화가 수술 기기에 제공된 제어 유닛에 의해 "실시간"으로 조직 센서 및 바이오센서의 획득된 수치를 기초로 하여 야기됨을 특징으로 하는, 수술 기기.
