Description
도 2는 도 1의 상기 실시예 캐스케이드 시스템에 따른 실시예 유체 흐름 통로를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본원에서 설명되는 상기 실시예 시스템과 방법을 구현하기 위하여 사용될 수 있는 한 실시예 시이퀀스 밸브를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4는 일련의 유체 저장 컨테이너로부터 유체를 분배하고 또한 재충전하기 위하여 사용될 수 있는 다른 실시예 캐스케이드 시스템을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 5a, 도 5b, 도 5c는, 매니폴드 일체식(manifold-integrated) 재충전 회로를 사용하여 일련의 유체 저장 컨테이너로부터 유체를 분배하고 재충전하기 위하여 사용될 수 있는 다른 실시예 캐스케이드 시스템의 정면도, 평면도 및 단부도이다.

Claims (6)
- 본넷트 내면을 한정하는 본넷트 캐비티와, 본넷트 외면 및, 상기 본넷트 외면 및 본넷트 캐비티 사이에서 연장되는 제 1 압력 감지 통로를 구비하는 본넷트와;
상기 본넷트에 동축으로 연결되고, 베이스 외면과, 베이스 내면을 한정하는 베이스 캐비티와, 상기 베이스 외면과 베이스 캐비티 사이에서 연장되는 유체 입구 통로와, 상기 베이스 외면과 베이스 캐비티 사이에서 연장되는 유체 출구 통로 및, 상기 베이스 외면과 상기 베이스 캐비티 사이에서 연장되는 제 2 압력 감지 통로를 구비하는 베이스; 및
상기 유체 입구 통로와 유체 출구 통로를 통하여 유체 흐름 통로를 제어하기 위하여 상기 베이스와 본넷트 캐비티내에 있는 밸브 요소를 포함하는 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브 요소는 상기 제 1 압력 감지 통로를 거쳐서 제공되는 제 1 유체 압력과, 상기 제 2 압력 감지 통로를 거쳐서 제공되는 제 2 유체 압력을 기초로 하여서 상기 유체 흐름 통로를 제어하는 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브 요소는 상기 제 2 압력 감지 통로로부터 상기 본넷트 캐비티로 유체가 흐를 수 있도록 하기 위하여 관통하여 형성되는 통로를 구비하는 밸브 스템인 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브 요소는 제 1 압력 감지 통로와 관련된 제 1 유체 압력에 의하여 발생되는 제 2 힘에 대항하여 제 1 힘을 발생시키기 위한 압력 편향을 가지는 스프링인 밸브. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 본넷트 캐비티에 슬라이드가능하게 결합되는 피스톤을 부가로 포함하고, 상기 제 2 힘은 상기 피스톤의 제 1 단부면에 대항하여 작용하며, 상기 제 2 압력 감지 통로와 관련된 제 2 유체 압력은 상기 제 1 단부면에 대향된 피스톤의 제 2 단부면에 대하여 작용하는 제 3 힘을 발생시키는 밸브. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 밸브 요소는 상기 제 1 및 제 3 힘의 합이 제 2 힘을 초과할 때에 유체 흐름 통로를 개방하는 밸브.
