Claims (13)
- a) 1) 공동(2a) 내에 배열된 적어도 1종의 생흡수성 담체 물질을 제거하기 위해, 적어도 한 면을 향하여 개방된 적어도 하나의 공동(2a)을 갖는 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1),
2) 적어도 1종의 흡착제,
3) 생흡수성 담체 물질이 파묻혀 있는, 적어도 공동의 구멍을 폐쇄하는 적어도 하나의 봉합 호일(3), 및
4) 임의로, 봉합 호일(3)로 완전히 둘러싸여 기재 요소(1)를 폐쇄하는, 알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 제작된 파우치(4), 및/또는
알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 된 금속 호일을 임의로 추가로 포함하는 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1)
로 이루어진 포장,
b) 상기 포장의 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1)의 적어도 하나의 공동(2a) 내에 위치하는 생흡수성 담체 물질
을 포함하는 제품. - 제1항에 있어서, 포장의 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1)가 적어도 1종의 흡착제를 수납하기 위한 제2 공동(2b)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포장 및 상기 포장 내에 위치한 생흡수성 담체 물질을 포함하는 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 봉합 호일(3)이 또한, 적어도 1종의 흡착제가 파묻혀 있는 공동(2b)의 구멍을 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포장 및 상기 포장 내에 위치한 생흡수성 담체 물질을 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생흡수성 담체 물질이 조직 재생에 적합하며, 실리카겔 섬유 및/또는 실리카겔 웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 바람직하게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포장 및 상기 포장 내에 위치한 생흡수성 담체 물질을 포함하는 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 물을 위한 적어도 1종의 흡착제 및/또는 에탄올을 위한 적어도 1종의 흡착제가 포장 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조직 재생을 위한 생흡수성 담체 물질이 상처 드레싱인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 공동(2a) 내에 배열된 적어도 1종의 상처 드레싱을 제거하기 위한 공동(2a)이, 상기 공동 내 세 차원 중 하나로 상처 드레싱의 미끄러짐이 본질적으로 불가능해지는 높이, 너비 및 길이로 디자인된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 포장의 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소의 공동(2a)이, 상기 공동(2a) 내에 배열된 적어도 하나의 상처 드레싱을 제거하기 위해, 바닥 플레이트(5), 습윤 유체를 수납하기 위한 적어도 하나의 채널(6), 및 상기 습윤 유체의 배출을 위한 적어도 하나의 가교(7)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포장 및 상기 포장 내에 위치한 상처 드레싱을 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포장의 알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 된 파우치(4)의 층 두께가 적어도 16 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡착제를 수납하기 위한 공동(2b)이 상기 기재 요소의 적어도 한 면 위에서 개방되어 있고, 봉합 호일이, 공동을 형성하면서 적어도 하나의 면을 향하여 개방된 상기 기재 요소의 적어도 2개 공동(2a 및 2b)의 구멍을 폐쇄하며, 상기 봉합 호일은 공동(2a) 내에 배열된 적어도 1종의 생흡수성 담체 물질을 제거하기 위해서만 사용자에 의해 벗겨질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡착제를 수납하기 위한 공동(2b)이 기재 요소(1) 자체에 의해 형성된 닫힌 공극을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- a) 적어도 하나의 공동(2a)이 적어도 한쪽 면을 향하여 개방되어 있는 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1)를 포함하는 포장에서, 적어도 1종의 생흡수성 담체 물질이 공동(2a) 내 적어도 1종의 생흡수성 담체 물질을 제거하기 위해 공동(2a) 내에 삽입되고,
b) 생흡수성 담체 물질이 파묻혀 있는 적어도 공동에서 봉합 호일(3)은, 상기 공동을 완전히 둘러싸는 열-봉합된 접착이 상기 봉합 호일(3)과 기재 요소(1)의 일부 사이에 이루어지거나, 봉합 호일(3) 그 자체의 부분들 사이에 열-봉합된 접착이 이루어져, 기재 요소와 생흡수성 담체 물질이 폐쇄 후 봉합 호일(3) 내에 위치하도록 폐쇄되며,
c) 임의로, 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소는, 기재 요소(1)를 봉합 호일(3)로 완전히 둘러싸는, 알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 된 파우치(4)와 함께 봉합 호일(3)에 의해 폐쇄된 공동을 가지고 봉합되고/거나, 상기 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1)는 알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 된 금속 호일을 임의로 추가로 구비하며,
d) 단계 b) 또는 c)에서의 봉합 이전에 흡착제가 상기 포장에 첨가되는,
제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제품의 제조 방법. - a) 공동(2a) 내 적어도 1종의 생흡수성 담체 물질을 제거하기 위해, 적어도 한 면을 향하여 개방된 적어도 하나의 공동(2a)을 갖는 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1),
b) 적어도 1종의 흡착제,
c) 생흡수성 담체 물질이 파묻혀 있는, 적어도 공동의 구멍을 폐쇄하는 적어도 하나의 봉합 호일(3),
d) 임의로, 봉합 호일(3)로 완전히 둘러싸여 기재 요소(1)를 폐쇄하는, 알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 된 파우치(4), 및/또는
알루미늄 호일 또는 적층된 알루미늄 호일로 된 금속 호일을 임의로 추가로 포함하는 기계적으로 안정한 기재 요소(1)
로 이루어진 포장의, 생흡수성 담체 물질의 포장 및 보관을 위한 용도.
