Claims (1)
- 레바우디오시드 A 조성물을 함유하는 감미료 조성물의 감미료 전달계에 있어서, 상기 전달계는 당 또는 폴리올 공결정화형 감미료 조성물, 응집형 감미료 조성물, 공건조형 감미료 조성물 및 감미료 조성물의 사이클로덱스트린 복합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 상기 레바우디우시드 A 조성물은 레바우디오시드 A와 기타의 스테비오글리코시드를 포함하고, 상기 레바우디우시드 A 조성물은 건조 중량 기준으로 레바우디오시드 A 약 80 내지 약 99.5 중량%의 순도를 가지고, 상기 레바우디우시드 A는 레바우디오시드 A 무수물 다형, 레바우디오시드 A 용매화물 다형, 무정형 레바우디오시드 A 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 감미료 전달계.
