Claims (10)
- 통합된 안전 장치들(6)을 구비한 알루미늄 호일(1)의 제조 방법으로서,
알루미늄 호일(4)이 여러 냉간 압연 패스들에서 150㎛ 미만의 두께까지 압연되고, 동시에 알루미늄 호일의 외부면(4a, 4b) 상에 압연 방향으로 연장하는 텍스처링(5a, 4b)이 생성되며, 이들 알루미늄 박들(4) 중 적어도 2개로부터 느슨한 합성물(8)이 형성되고, 상기 합성물은 마지막 냉간 압연 패스에서 구동 롤러 쌍(9)으로 공급되며, 적어도 하나의 롤러 표면(11) 상에서는, 상기 롤러 표면을 향하는 상기 알루미늄 호일의 외부 면(2a)으로 옮겨지는 보안 특징(6)에 관한 모티프의 형성을 위해, 거칠기의 평균 깊이에 대해 10 내지 50%의 범위(6')에서의 콘트라스트 및 모티프에 따라, 그라인딩에 의해 만들어진 릴리프 타입 표면 구조가 감소되고, 상기 릴리프 타입 표면 구조가 감소된 후 상기 알루미늄 호일(1, 4')의 상기 느슨한 합성물(8)이 분리되는, 알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마지막 냉간 압연 패스는 닫힌 롤러 갭(9')으로 행해지고, 규정된 혼합 마찰 범위가 마찰 계수, 압연 오일의 동적 점성도, 압연 속도, 및 압연 압력과 같은 파라미터들에 의해 스트리백 곡선에 따라 조정되고 동시에 상기 닫힌 롤러 갭(9')에서는 상기 알루미늄 호일들의 모양 변화 저항에 대항하여 작용하는 상기 알루미늄 호일(4)에 길이 방향의 장력이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 롤러 표면(11) 상의 마지막 냉간 압연 패스를 위해, 롤링 방향으로 만들어진 상기 릴리프 타입 표면 구조(11a)가 레이저 빔들에 의하여 거칠기의 평균 깊이에 있어서 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
사용된 상기 알루미늄 호일들(4)에서, 이형제(7)를 제공하는 것으로 인해, 상기 알루미늄 호일(1)의 나머지 외부 면(2b) 상으로의 상기 보안 특징(6)에 관한 상기 모티프(6')의 원치 않는 어떠한 배어나옴(strikethrough)도 생기지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 닫힌 롤러 갭(9')에서의 마찰 조건 때문에, 상기 알루미늄 호일(4)의 물리적 및/또는 화학적 성질들이 상기 제조 방법의 최종 산물(1)에서도 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 통합된 보안 특징(6)을 구비한 알루미늄 호일(1)로서,
상기 보안 특징(6)은 단위 표면당 많아야 30%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 보안 특징(6)은 글자들, 판타지 사인들 또는 라인들의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보안 특징(6)은 상기 박 표면의 파괴에 의해서만 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일. - 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 호일(1)은 마지막 냉간 압연 패스 후, 제 1차, 제 2차 또는 제 3차의 구역에서는 모양 변화를 겪지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일. - 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
보안 특징(6) 구역은 흐릿하게 나타나고, 이로 인해 유도된 텍스처링 때문에 표면(2a)은 광택이 있게 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 호일.
