Claims (7)
- 복수의 부품 또는 제품을 가지는 시스템의 이상(異常)을 모니터링하는 장치로서,
상기 복수의 부품 또는 제품의 각각은, 이온 이동도가 상이한 복수의 마커(marker)용 화학물질이며, 특정한 요인에 의해 상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 각각 방출시키는 복수 종류의 캡슐을 포함하며, 또한,
상기 장치는, 상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 검출하는 이온 이동도 센서를 가지는 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 종류의 캡슐은, 각각 소정의 내압성, 내열성, 내광성, 내후성 또는 내약품성을 구비하고 있는 장치. - 이온 이동도가 상이한 복수의 마커용 화학물질과,
상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 각각 내포하는 복수 종류의 캡슐이며, 특정한 요인에 의해 상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 각각 방출시키는 복수 종류의 캡슐을 가지는, 이온 이동도 센서용의 신호를 발생시키는 미립자. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 복수 종류의 캡슐은, 각각 소정의 내압성, 내열성, 내광성, 내후성 또는 내약품성을 구비하고 있는 미립자. - 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 기재된 미립자를 포함하는 반제품.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 기재된 미립자를 포함하는 모니터링 대상인 부품 또는 제품과,
상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 검출하는 이온 이동도 센서를 가지는 모니터링 시스템. - 복수의 부품 또는 제품을 가지는 시스템의 이상을 모니터링하는 장치의 제어 방법으로서,
상기 복수의 부품 또는 제품의 각각은, 이온 이동도가 상이한 복수의 마커용 화학물질이며, 특정한 요인에 의해 상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 각각 방출시키는 복수 종류의 캡슐을 포함하며, 또한, 상기 장치는, 상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질을 검출하는 이온 이동도 센서를 가지며,
상기 제어 방법은, 상기 복수의 마커용 화학물질 중 어느 마커용 화학물질을 상기 이온 이동도 센서가 검출하면, 상기 복수의 부품, 제품 또는 요인 중의, 검출된 마커용 화학물질에 관련지어진 부품, 제품 또는 요인을 판단하는 단계를 가지는 제어 방법.
