Description
Claims (10)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
a) 비극성 또는 비양자성 용매 중에서 선택된 용매의 약 -10 ℃ 내지 약 20 ℃의 온도 범위에서 은 금속과 배위가능한 임의의 키랄 포스핀 또는 바이덴테이트 포스핀 또는 다른 키랄 리간드와 함께 은(I), 예컨대 아세트산 은의 존재하에 하기 화학식 IV의 화합물을 하기 화학식 V의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계;
b) 단계 a)의 생성물을 약 20 ℃ 내지 약 80 ℃의 온도 범위에서 상기 용매 중에서 강 아민으로부터 선택된 적합한 염기 또는 불용성 염기와 반응시킴으로써 이성질화시키는 단계;
c) 단계 b)의 생성물을 약 20 ℃ 내지 약 80 ℃의 온도 범위에서 수혼화성을 갖는 용매 중의 임의의 적합한 하이드록사이드에서 가수분해시켜 화학식 I의 화합물을 수득하는 단계

R1은 비-3차 알킬 또는 벤질 또는 다른 에스터 보호기이다. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
단계 b)에서의 불용성 염기가 무수 LiOH인, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
a) 약 0 ℃ 내지 약 40 ℃의 온도 범위에서 임의적으로 비-친핵성 아민과 함께 비극성 또는 비양자성 용매 중에서 구리 금속과 배위가능한 임의의 키랄 포스핀 또는 바이덴테이트 포스핀 또는 다른 키랄 리간드와 함께 적합한 구리 공급원, 예컨대 구리(I) 또는 구리(II)의 존재하에 하기 화학식 IV의 화합물을 하기 화학식 V의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계:
b) 단계 a)의 생성물을 상기 온도 범위에서 상기 용매 중에서 강 아민으로부터 선택된 적합한 염기 또는 불용성 염기와 반응시킴으로써 이성질화시키는 단계;
c) 단계 b)의 생성물을 약 20 ℃ 내지 약 80 ℃의 온도 범위에서 수혼화성을 갖는 용매 중의 적합한 하이드록사이드에서 가수분해시켜 화학식 I의 화합물을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제조 방법:

R1은 비-3차 알킬 또는 벤질 또는 다른 에스터 보호기이다. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
단계 a)에서의 구리 공급원이 키랄 포스핀 또는 바이덴테이트 포스핀, 예컨대 PPh3, R- 또는 S-BlNAP, R-BINAP, R- 또는 S-MeOBlPHEP와 함께 아세트산 구리(I)에 의해 형성된 착체로부터 선택된 키랄 구리 촉매이고;
단계 b)에서의 불용성 염기는 무수 LiOH이고;
단계 c)에서의 적합한 하이드록사이드는 수성 수산화 나트륨(NaOH)이고;
R1은 메틸 또는 에틸인, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는, 제 1 항에 정의된 화학식 I의 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 화학식 I의 화합물을 약학적으로 허용가능한 부형제 및/또는 담체와 함께 포함하는 약학 제제.
- 실질적으로 본원에 기재된 바에 따른, 신규한 화합물, 조성물, 방법 및 용도.
