Abstract
(A) 3,3',4,4'-비페닐테트라카르본산 이무수물과, (B) 디아민 및/또는 디이소시아네이트가 공중합되어 이루어지는, 500℃ 미만에서 유리 전이점이 관측되지 않는 폴리이미드 공중합체이다. (B) 성분은, 하기 일반식(1)∼일반식(3)
(상기 일반식(1)∼일반식(3) 중에서, X는 아미노기 또는 이소시아네이트기이고, R1∼R8은, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, 탄소수 2∼4의 알케닐기, 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알콕시기이며, R1∼R8 중 적어도 1개는 수소 원자는 아님)으로 표시되는 1종 이상의 디아민 및/또는 디이소시아네이트인 것이 바람직하다.

- (A) 3,3',4,4'-비페닐테트라카르본산 이무수물과,
(B) 디아민 및/또는 디이소시아네이트가 공중합되어 이루어지는, 500℃ 미만에서 유리 전이점이 관측되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 용매 가용형(可溶型) 폴리이미드 공중합체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 R1∼R4 중 2개가 에틸기이며, 나머지 2개가 메틸기와 수소 원자인, 용매 가용형 폴리이미드 공중합체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 R5∼R8이 메틸기 또는 에틸기인, 용매 가용형 폴리이미드 공중합체.
