Claims (7)
- 수소화 촉매하에 메타크롤레인(methacrolein) 및 노르말 부탄올(n-butanol)을 수소화 반응시켜 이소부텐올(isobutenol)을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수소화 촉매는 알루미늄 트리부톡사이드(aluminium tributoxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 트리부톡사이드는 비드 형태로 투입된 알루미늄이 반응 원료인 상기 노르말 부탄올과의 촉매 형성 반응으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 메타크롤레인 1몰에 대하여 상기 노르말 부탄올이 1~40몰 및 상기 알루미늄 비드가 0.01~1몰 함량으로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 형성 반응은 100~140℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수소화 반응은 20~200℃ 온도 및 0~100bar 조건에서 1~10시간 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 수소화 반응에서 반응 온도까지 60~200℃/시간 속도로 승온과 함께 콘덴서를 이용하여 환류를 지속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
