2 : 프레넬 렌즈의 톱니 형상의 단면에 있어서의 골짜기부
Claims (20)
- 하기 식 (a)로 표현되는 지환식 에폭시 화합물(A), 양이온 중합 개시제(B) 및 하기 식 (c)로 표현되는 폴리실록산(C)을 적어도 함유하고, 또한 상기 폴리실록산(C)을 경화성 조성물 전체량(100중량%)에 대해 0.01 내지 5중량% 함유하는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
(식 중, R1 내지 R18은 동일하거나 또는 다르고, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 산소 원자 또는 할로겐 원자를 포함하고 있을 수 있는 탄화수소기, 또는 치환기를 갖고 있을 수 있는 알콕시기를 나타내고, X는 단결합 또는 연접기(실록산 결합을 포함하는 기를 제외함)를 나타냄)
[식 중, R19 내지 R22는 동일하거나 또는 다르고, 수소 원자, 알킬기, 할로알킬기, 아릴기, 아르알킬기, 알콕시기, 아실옥시기 및 -RNHCOR'기(R은 알킬렌기 또는 알케닐렌기를 나타내고, R'는 알킬기 또는 알케닐기를 나타냄)에서 선택되는 기를 나타내고, m, n은 동일하거나 또는 다르고, 1 이상의 정수를 나타냄] - 제1항에 있어서, 분자 내에 에폭시기를 2개 이상 갖는 실록산 화합물(D)을 더 포함하는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분자 내에 옥세탄기를 1개 이상 갖는 양이온 경화성 화합물(지환식 에폭시 화합물(A) 및 실록산 화합물(D)에 포함되는 화합물을 제외함)을 더 포함하는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자 내에 글리시딜에테르기를 1개 이상 갖는 양이온 경화성 화합물(지환식 에폭시 화합물(A) 및 실록산 화합물(D)에 포함되는 화합물을 제외함)을 더 포함하는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지환식 에폭시 화합물(A)의 함유량이 경화성 조성물 전체량(100중량%)에 대해 5 내지 60중량%인 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 웨이퍼 레벨 렌즈의 형성에 사용되는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프레넬 렌즈의 형성에 사용되는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카메라의 플래시용 렌즈의 형성에 사용되는 렌즈용 경화성 조성물.
- 하기 공정을 갖는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
공정 1: 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 렌즈용 경화성 조성물을 렌즈 성형용 금형에 충전하는 공정
공정 2: 광조사하여 상기 경화성 조성물을 경화시키는 공정 - 제9항에 있어서, 렌즈 성형용 금형으로서 실리콘 금형을 사용하는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 공정 2가 350 내지 450㎚의 UV-LED를 조사하여 상기 경화성 조성물을 경화시키는 공정인 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 2에 있어서 광조사 후에 어닐 처리를 더 실시하는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 1에 있어서 2개 이상의 렌즈형을 갖는 렌즈 성형용 금형을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 1에 있어서 2개 이상의 렌즈형을 갖는 렌즈 성형용 금형을 사용하여, 공정 2에 부침으로써 2개 이상의 렌즈가 연접한 연접 렌즈를 얻고, 얻어진 연접 렌즈를 절단함으로써 렌즈를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 기재된 렌즈의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는, 2개 이상의 렌즈가 연접된 렌즈.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 및 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 렌즈의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 렌즈.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 웨이퍼 레벨 렌즈인 렌즈.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 프레넬 렌즈인 렌즈.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 카메라의 플래시용 렌즈인 렌즈.
- 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 렌즈를 탑재한 광학 장치.
