Abstract
상기 유무기 복합 고체 전지는 양극과 고체 전해질 간의 계면 저항을 낮추기 위한 고온 소결이 필요 없고, 음극으로 리튬 금속을 사용하는 경우에도 리튬 덴드라이트 성장을 억제할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 양극 활물질 및 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자를 포함하는 양극,
상기 양극과 마주보도록 배치되는 음극,
상기 양극과 음극 사이의 상기 양극 측에 위치하며, 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자를 포함하는 유기 고체 전해질 층, 그리고,
상기 양극과 음극 사이의 상기 음극 측에 위치하며, 무기물 고체 전해질을 포함하는 무기 고체 전해질 층
을 포함하는 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은 산화물계 양극 활물질인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물계 양극 활물질은 LiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiMnO2, LiMn2O4, Li(NiaCobMnc)O2(0<a<1, 0<b<1, 0<c<1, a+b+c=1), LiNi1 - yCoyO2, LiCo1 - yMnyO2, LiNi1 -yMnyO2(O≤y<1), Li(NiaCobMnc)O4(0<a<2, 0<b<2, 0<c<2, a+b+c=2), LiMn2 - zNizO4, LiMn2 -zCozO4(0<z<2), LiCoPO4 및 LiFePO4로 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자는 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴로나이트릴 및 폴리실록산로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자는 리튬염을 더 포함하는 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자는 상기 리튬염을 고분자 반복단위:Li 이온의 몰비가 25:1 내지 5:1로 포함하는 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 상기 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자와 상기 양극 활물질을 70:30 내지 5:95의 중량비로 포함하는 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극이 포함하는 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자와 상기 유기 고체 전해질 층이 포함하는 리튬 이온 전도성 고분자는 서로 동일하거나, 또는 서로 상이한 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 고체 전해질 층의 두께는 30㎛ 이하인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 고체 전해질은 산화물계, 인산염계, 질화물계, 황화물계 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물계 무기물 고체 전해질은 리튬-란타늄-티타늄-산화물(lithium lanthanum titanate, LLTO)계, 리튬-란타늄-지르코늄 산화물(lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide, LLZO)계, 리시콘(lithium super ionic conductor, LISICON)계 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나이고,
상기 인산염계 무기물 고체 전해질은 리튬-알루미늄-티타늄-인산염(LATP)계, 리튬-알루미늄-게르마늄-인산염(LAGP)계 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나이고,
상기 질화물계 무기물 고체 전해질은 LiPON(lithium phosphorous oxynitride)이고,
상기 황화물계 무기물 고체 전해질은 Li10GeP2S12, Li2S-P2S5, Li2S-P2S5-LiI, Li2S-P2S5-Li2O, Li2S-P2S5-Li2O-LiI, Li2S-SiS2, Li2S-SiS2-LiI, Li2S-SiS2-LiBr, Li2S-SiS2-LiCl, Li2S-SiS2-B2S3-LiI, Li2S-SiS2-P2S5-LiI, Li2S-B2S3, Li2S-P2S5-ZmSn(단, m, n은 양의 수이고, Z 는, Ge, Zn, Ga 중 어느 하나이다), Li2S-GeS2, Li2S-SiS2-Li3PO4, Li2S-SiS2-LixMOy(단, x, y는 양의 수이고, M 은, P, Si, Ge, B, Al, Ga, In 중 어느 하나이다) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 고체 전해질 층의 두께는 900㎛ 이하인 것인 유무기 복합 고체 전지.
