Claims (12)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 고에너지-함유 열가소성 탄성체의 제조방법:
(a) 고무 내 니트릴기를 100% 테트라졸기로 변환시켜 테트라졸 함유 고무를 제조하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 테트라졸 함유 고무를 열가소성 폴리올레핀계 수지와 용융 혼합시키는 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)의 고무는 20-45%의 니트릴기를 함유하는 것인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 테트라졸 함유 고무의 분자량은 30,000-300,000인 것인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 폴리올레핀계 수지는 카복실기, 글리디시딜기, 비닐아세테이트기, 아크릴레이트기 등의 관능기를 10-40중량%로 함유하는 폴리에틸렌; 호모-폴리프로필렌(Homo-PP), 프로필렌, 에틸렌, 부틸렌 및 옥텐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체가 중합된 공중합체 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 폴리올레핀계 수지는 결정용융온도가 60-150℃인 것인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 용융 혼합 온도는 120-150℃인 것인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제조방법은 상기 단계 (b)의 용융 혼합 공정 동안 가황제의 첨가를 추가적으로 포함하는 것인 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가황제는 용융 혼합된 고분자 수지 100 중량부에 대해 0.5-1.0 중량부로 첨가되는 것인 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가황제는 디큐밀퍼록사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼록시)헥신-3, 헥사플루오로이소프로필리딘-비스(4-히드록시페닐 히드로퀴논), 이소프로필리덴-비스 디-(4-히드록시페닐) 히드로퀴논, 헥사메틸렌-디아민 카르바메이트 또는 알리시클릭아민 카르바네이트인 것인 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 열가소성 탄성체를 포함하는 가소제 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성체는 테트라졸 함유 고무 50-70중량% 및 폴리올레핀 수지 30-50중량%를 포함하는 것인 가소제 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성체는 결합제로서 화약 또는 추진제에 적용될 수 있는 것인 가소제 조성물.
