Description
Claims (16)
- 히드록실기를 갖는 수용성 수지 (A)에서 선택되는 1종 이상과, 수난용성 무기 산화물 (B)에서 선택되는 1종 이상과, 오르가노알콕시 실란 (C)에서 선택되는 1종 이상과, 계면 활성제 (D)를, 각각의 고형분 중량비로 (C)/{(B)+(D)}가 0.001 내지 1.0, (A)/{(B)+(C)+(D)}가 0.1 내지 5.0이 되도록 배합하여 얻어진 유기 무기 복합 입자와, 물을 함유하고, 상기 유기 무기 복합 입자가 전체 고형분 질량을 기준으로 하여 40 내지 100질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료용 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히드록실기를 갖는 수용성 수지 (A)가 폴리비닐알코올 및/또는 폴리비닐알코올의 유도체이고, 또한 비누화도가 90mol% 이상인 성분 (a)인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제 (D)의 표면 장력이 15 내지 65mN/m(25℃, 0.1질량% 수용액, 윌헬미법)인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제 (D)가 비이온계 계면 활성제인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (D)/{(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)}의 배합비가 각각의 고형분 중량비로 0.0001 내지 0.03인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (C)/{(B)+(D)}의 배합비가 각각의 고형분 중량비로 0.01 내지 1.0인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히드록실기를 갖는 수용성 수지 (A)의 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 50,000인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노알콕시 실란 (C)가, 글리시딜기를 1개 이상 갖는 성분을 적어도 포함하는, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수난용성 무기 산화물 (B)가, Si를 갖는 무기 산화물인, 친수화 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 친수화 처리제를 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료에 접촉시킨 후에 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료의 친수화 처리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항 기재된 친수화 처리제를 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료에 접촉시킨 후에 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친수화 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진, 친수화 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료.
- 제12항에 기재된 친수화 알루미늄 함유 금속 재료가 사용되어 있는, 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항 기재된 친수화 처리제를 열교환기에 접촉시킨 후에 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기의 친수화 처리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항 기재된 친수화 처리제를 열교환기에 접촉시킨 후에 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친수화 열교환기의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진, 친수화 열교환기.
