Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 유압 브레이크 시스템을 개략적으로 나타내는 유압 회로도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 유압 브레이크 시스템에 마련된 댐핑장치의 분해 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 2의 조립된 댐핑장치의 부분 절개도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 각각 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 댐핑장치를 통해 압력맥동이 감쇠되는 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 유압 브레이크 시스템에 마련된 댐핑장치에 의해 펌프의 펌핑 시 급격한 유량변화가 감소되는 것을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 다른 실시예에 따른 유압 브레이크 시스템에 마련된 댐핑장치를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 실시예에 따른 유압 브레이크 시스템에 마련된 댐핑장치를 나타내는 부분 절개도이다.
도 9 및 도 10은 각각 본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 실시예에 따른 댐핑장치를 통해 압력맥동이 감쇠되는 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 펌프의 구동에 의해 토출되는 브레이크 오일의 압력맥동을 감쇠시키는 댐핑장치를 구비하는 유압 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 댐핑장치는,
상기 펌프의 토출단과 연결된 보어에 고정되고 상부와 하부가 개방된 슬리브;
상기 슬리브 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치된 댐핑 피스톤;
상기 슬리브 내에 마련되어 상기 댐핑 피스톤을 탄성지지하는 탄성부재; 및
상기 슬리브에 결합되어 상기 탄성부재를 지지하며 상기 댐핑 피스톤의 이동거리를 제한하는 스토퍼;를 구비하고,
상기 슬리브의 내주면에는 브레이크 오일이 흐르는 방향으로 폭이 가변되는 슬롯이 형성됨에 따라 상기 댐핑 피스톤과 상기 슬리브 사이에 가변 오리피스가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가변 오리피스는 상기 브레이크 오일이 배출되는 방향으로 갈수록 상기 브레이크 오일이 통과하는 면적이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 댐핑 피스톤은 상기 펌프로부터 토출되는 브레이크 오일의 액압이 일정 압력 이상일 경우 상기 탄성부재를 가압하며 이동하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 댐핑 피스톤은 일측 외주면이 상기 슬리브의 내주면과 접하는 플랜지부를 갖추어 단차진 형상으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 댐핑 피스톤은 일측이 개방된 원통형상을 갖도록 마련되어 그 내부에 탄성부재가 설치되어 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는 코일 형상의 댐핑 스프링으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는 내부에 댐핑공간이 형성된 댐핑튜브로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 댐핑튜브는 상기 댐핑 피스톤의 가압에 의해 탄성변형되도록 고무재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬리브에는 외주면을 따라 결합홈이 형성되고,
상기 스토퍼는 상기 슬리브의 개방된 개구의 면적보다 작은 면적을 갖는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부로부터 절곡 연장 형성되어 상기 결합홈에 결합되는 복수의 로드부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 로드부는 상기 결합홈에 끼워지도록 결합홈을 향하여 돌출된 결합돌기를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
