Claims (13)
- 여포 자극 호르몬(FSH), 황체 형성 호르몬(LH) 및 융모성 성선 자극 호르몬(CG)의 생체 활성을 강화시키는 여포 자극 호르몬(FSH) 리간드로서, 상기 리간드는 항체 또는 이것의 단편이고
하기 CDR 들을 포함하는 중쇄 가변 도메인:
- 서열 GFTFSSSY (서열 번호: 23)로 정의된 VH-CDR1;
- 서열 IYAGTGGT (서열 번호: 24)로 정의된 VH-CDR2;
- 서열 ARHGSYFDY (서열 번호: 25)로 정의된 VH-CDR3; 및
하기 CDR 들을 포함하는 경쇄 가변 도메인을 포함하는 여포 자극 호르몬(FSH) 리간드:
- 서열 QSVDYDGDSY (서열 번호: 26)로 정의된 VL-CDR1;
- 서열 AAS로 정의된 VL-CDR2;
- 서열 QQSNEDPYT (서열 번호: 27)로 정의된 VL-CDR3.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리간드는 Fab, Fab', F(ab')2, Fv, dsFv, scFv, 디아바디(diabody), 트리아바디(triabody), 테트라바디(tetrabody) 및 나노바디(nanobody)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리간드는 CNCM I-4803 하이브리도마에 의해 생산된 CF12 단클론 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 scFv의 펩티드 서열은 서열 번호: 33의 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
약제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 리간드와, FSH 또는 이것의 활성 펩티드와의 복합체;
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 리간드와, LH 또는 융모성 성선 자극 호르몬(CG), 또는 상기 호르몬의 활성 펩티드와의 복합체
로부터 선택되는 리간드-성선 자극 호르몬 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서,
약제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제5항의 리간드 또는 제7항의 복합체에 있어서,
상기 약제는 암컷 포유동물에서 배란 또는 다중 배란을 유도하도록 의도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드 또는 복합체.
- 제5항의 리간드 또는 제7항의 복합체에 있어서,
상기 약제는 암컷 포유동물에서 내인성 프로게스테론 순환 레벨을 증가시키도록 의도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드 또는 복합체.
- 암컷 포유동물에서 배란 또는 다중 배란을 유도하기 위해 사용되도록 의도되는 약학적 조성물로서, 상기 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 리간드 및/또는 제6항의 복합체 및 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,
FSH 및/또는 LH 및/또는 CG를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 리간드 또는 제6항의 복합체에 있어서, 포유동물에서 불임 또는 저수태능의 치료 및/또는 예방에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드 또는 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 리간드 또는 제6항의 복합체에 있어서, 암컷 포유동물에서 생식을 자극하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리간드 또는 복합체.
