Claims (13)
- 코어부와, 상기 코어부의 외표면을 부분적으로 덮는 쉘부를 구비하는 코어쉘 구조를 갖는 제1 입자상 중합체를 포함하는, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어부를 구성하는 중합체의 전해액 팽윤도가 300 질량% 이상 900 질량% 이하이고,
상기 쉘부를 구성하는 중합체의 전해액 팽윤도가 100 질량% 초과 200 질량% 이하인, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코어부를 구성하는 중합체의 유리 전이 온도가 -60℃ 이상 -15℃ 이하이고,
상기 쉘부를 구성하는 중합체의 유리 전이 온도가 40℃ 이상 200℃ 이하인, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 입자상 중합체 중의 쉘부의 질량 비율이 3 질량% 이상 35 질량% 이하인, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어부를 구성하는 중합체가 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위를 50 질량% 이상 99.5 질량% 이하 포함하는, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제2 입자상 중합체를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 입자상 중합체가, 전해액 팽윤도가 100 질량% 초과 200 질량% 이하이고, 또한 유리 전이 온도가 -10℃ 이상 40℃ 이하인, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
고형분 환산으로, 상기 제1 입자상 중합체와 상기 제2 입자상 중합체의 합계 100 질량부당, 상기 제1 입자상 중합체를 30 질량부 이상 95 질량부 이하 포함하는, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 입자상 중합체가, 공액 디엔계 단량체 단위를 5 질량% 이상 70 질량% 이하 포함하고, 또한, 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위를 10 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하 포함하는, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경이, 상기 제2 입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경의 1배 이상 5배 이하인, 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물과, 전극 활물질을 포함하는, 이차 전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물.
- 제10항에 기재된 이차 전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물을 사용하여 얻어지는 전극 합재층을 갖는, 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 전극 합재층의 기공률이 10.7% 이상 24.1% 이하인, 이차 전지용 전극. - 정극, 부극, 세퍼레이터 및 전해액을 구비하고,
상기 정극 및 상기 부극의 적어도 일방이, 제11항 또는 제12항에 기재된 이차 전지용 전극인, 이차 전지.
