Claims (8)
- 중량평균분자량이 10만~50만, 밀도 0.945~0.960g/cm3의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부와, 에틸렌과 탄소수 4~10의 α-올레핀이 공중합되어 이루어지며 밀도가 0.935~0.960g/cm3이고, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와의 밀도의 차이가 ±0.020g/cm3 이하인 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 3~50 중량부로 이루어진, 섬유형상, 띠형상 또는 시트형상의 연신 성형체이며, 연신 방향(MD 방향)에 대해 직각 방향(TD 방향)으로 180°로 접어 1분간 유지한 후 해방하고, 해방 후 5분 경과했을 때의 굴곡 회복각이 15° 이하이며, 연신 방향(MD 방향)에 대해 평행 방향(MD 방향)으로 180°로 접어 1분간 유지한 후 해방하고, 해방 후 5분 경과했을 때의 굴곡 회복각이 25° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 유지 재료.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지의 멜트 매스 플로우 레이트(MFR)가 0.20~0.60g/10분이고, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체의 멜트 매스 플로우 레이트(MFR)가 0.30~0.70g/10분이고, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지의 멜트 매스 플로우 레이트(MFR)의 차이가 0.10g/10분 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 유지 재료.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 연신 방향(MD 방향)의 인장탄성율이 5~15 GPa이며, 인장 강도가 400~600 MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 유지 재료.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 연신 성형체가, 직쇄형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머 및 메탈로센계 폴리프로필렌 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 수지를 7 중량부 이하로 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 유지 재료.
- 중량평균분자량이 10만~50만, 밀도 0.945~0.960g/cm3의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부와, 에틸렌과 탄소수 4~10의 α-올레핀이 공중합되어 이루어지며 밀도가 0.935~0.960g/cm3이고, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와의 밀도의 차이가 ±0.020g/cm3 이하인 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 3~50 중량부로 이루어진, 선형상, 띠형상 또는 시트형상의 성형체를 압연배율 5배 이상으로 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 형상 유지 재료의 제조 방법.

- 청구항 6에 있어서, 압연배율이 5배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 유지 재료의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 6 또는 7에 있어서, 일축연신배율이 1.1배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 유지 재료의 제조 방법.
