Abstract
Description
도 1 은 본 발명에 실시예에 따르는 모터 시스템의 블록도이다;
도 2 는 모터 시스템의 회로도이다;
도 3 은 모터 시스템의 제어기에 의하여 이슈된 제어 신호에 응답하여 인버터의 허용된 상태를 상세화한다;
도 4 는 모터 시스템의 전류 제한기의 개략도이다;
도 5 는 모터 시스템에 의하여 구현되는 시동 루틴의 흐름도이다;
도 6 은 모터 시스템에 의하여 구현되는 순방향 구동 루틴의 흐름도이다;
도 7 은 모터 시스템에 의하여 구현되는 예열 루틴의 흐름도이다.
Claims (12)
- 무브러시 모터를 시작 시 예열하는 방법으로서,
무브러시 모터를 포함하는 모터 시스템 내부의 온도를 감지하는 단계;
감지된 온도를 사용하여 전류 한계를 정의하는 단계로서, 더 낮은 전류 한계가 더 낮은 감지된 온도에 대하여 정의되는, 단계;
순차적으로 모터의 권선을 여자 및 비여자시키는 단계로서, 상기 권선은 상기 전류 한계를 초과하는 권선 내의 전류에 응답하여 비여자되는, 단계; 및
소정의 시간 기간이 경과된 이후 또는 감지된 온도의 증가에 응답하여 상기 전류 한계를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
선결정된 임계가 상기 전류 한계에 대하여 도달될 때까지 상기 전류 한계를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전류 한계에 대한 선결정된 임계가 도달될 때까지 권선을 동일한 방향으로 여자시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 모터는 단방향성이고,
상기 방법은 권선을 모터를 역방향으로 구동하는 방향으로 여자시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 구동 기간 동안에 상기 권선을 순차적으로 여자 및 비여자시키는 단계 및 각각의 구동 기간의 끝에서 상기 전류 한계를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
감지된 온도를 사용하여 각각의 구동 기간의 길이 또는 구동 기간의 개수를 정의하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
더 낮은 감지된 온도에 대하여 더 긴 구동 기간 또는 구동 기간의 더 큰 개수를 정의하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
권선을 각각의 구동 기간에 걸쳐 동일한 방향으로 여자시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 모터는 단방향성이고,
상기 방법은 권선을 모터를 역방향으로 구동하는 방향으로 여자시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전류는 권선을 여자시킬 때 적어도 하나의 스위치를 통해 흐르도록 되고, 상기 전류는 권선을 비여자시킬 때 적어도 하나의 다른 스위치를 통해 흐르도록 되는, 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
전류는 권선을 여자시킬 때 스위치의 제 1 쌍을 통해 흐르도록 되고, 전류는 권선을 비여자시킬 때 스위치의 제 2 의 상이한 쌍을 통해 흐르도록 되는, 방법. - 무브러시 모터에 대한 제어 시스템으로서,
제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구되는 바와 같은 방법을 수행하는, 제어 시스템.
