Claims (17)
- 액체, 특히 보다 고점도의 액체에 기체, 특히 공기를 로딩하기 위한 장치로서,
상기 장치는,
- 액체(11) 및 기체를 수용하는 압력 용기(12), 및
- 상기 압력 용기(12) 내에 배치되며, 상기 압력 용기(12)를 적어도 부분적으로 수직으로 통과하는 구동축(16)을 가진 교반기(15)
를 가지고,
상기 구동축(16)은 수송관(20) 내에 배치되고, 수송 기관(19)을 구동하며,
상기 수송 기관(19)은 상기 수송관(20)을 통해 액체(11)를 하나 이상의 유출구(22)로 이송하고, 상기 수송관(20)의 상기 유출구(22) 아래에는 상기 유출구(22) 밖으로 흘러나오는 액체(11)를 위한 러닝-오프 표면(running-off surface)(25)이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수송 기관(19)이, 상기 구동축(16)에 토크-저항(torque-proven) 방식으로 커플링되어 있는 수송관(20)에 배치된 스크루 컨베이어(screw conveyor)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스크루 컨베이어(19)가 상기 수송관(20)의 하부 말단으로부터 약간 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 러닝-오프 표면(25)이 상기 수송관(20) 주위에 배치된 원뿔 모양의 표면 또는 원뿔체(frusto-conical) 모양의 표면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 러닝-오프 표면(25)의 경사각이 최소값과 최대값 사이에서 바람직하게는 무한정으로 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 용기(12)가 상기 러닝-오프 표면(25) 위에 배치된 하나 이상의 액체 유입구(39)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 장치가 하나 이상의 가압된 기체 연결부들(27; 29)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가압된 기체 연결부(27)가 액체 레벨(28) 위에서 상기 압력 용기(12) 내로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 가압된 기체 연결부(29)가 액체 레벨(28) 아래에서 상기 압력 용기(12) 내로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 가압된 기체 연결부(29)가, 상기 용기(12)의 기저부에 배치된 복수의 기체 유출구들(31)을 가진 기체 로딩 링(gas loading ring)(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
액체 방출 라인(33)이 상기 액체 레벨(28) 아래에서 상기 압력 용기(12)에 연결되어 있고,
재순환 라인(38)이 한편으로는 상기 액체 방출 라인(33)에 연결되어 있고 다른 한편으로는 하나 이상의 액체 유입구(39)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
기체 로딩 측정 장치(36)가 상기 액체 레벨(28) 아래에서 측정 포인트(35)에 연결되어 있거나, 또는 상기 액체 방출 라인(33)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 오버플로우 개구부(overflow opening)(40)가 상기 러닝-오프 표면(25)에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 오버플로우 개구부(40)가 밸브 부재, 바람직하게는 밸브판 등의 밸브 부재에 의해, 위로부터 아래로의 흐름에 대해서는 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수직형 가이드 표면(26), 특히 실린더형 가이드 표면(26)이 상기 러닝-오프 표면(25)의 하부 모서리에 연결되고,
상기 가이드 표면(26)이 바람직하게는 적어도 상기 액체 레벨(28)의 높이까지 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 액체, 특히 보다 고점도의 액체에 기체, 특히 공기를 로딩하는 방법으로서,
압력 용기(12)에 수용되는 액체는 교반기(15)에 의해 교반되고, 상기 용기 내에서 수송관(20)을 통해 액체 레벨(28)보다 높은 높이까지 수송되고, 유출구(22)를 통해 러닝-오프 표면(25) 상으로 수송된 다음, 상기 표면(25) 상에서 상기 액체가 박막으로 방출되고, 이와 동시에 상기 액체 레벨(28)보다 높게 위치한 가압된 기체가 상기 액체에 로딩되는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 용기 내의 압력 수준, 단위 시간 당 수송관(20)을 통해 수송되는 양 및/또는 러닝-오프 표면의 경사도가 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
