Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 금속 촉매의 존재 하에서 아릴 할라이드와 2-다이메틸아미노에탄올을 반응시켜 교차-커플링 반응의 산물로 페놀을 높은 수율로 합성할 수 있다. 또한 치환기를 갖는 다양한 페놀(phenol)의 합성이 가능하다.

Claims (12)
- 금속 촉매 및 강염기의 존재 하에서, 아릴 할라이드와 2-다이메틸아미노에탄올을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 아릴은 6 ~ 24의 탄소수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속 촉매는 구리 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속 촉매는 Cu(OAc)2, CuI, Cu2O, CuCl2, Cu(OH)2, CuSO4 및 CuO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 강염기는 KOH, NaOH 및 CsOH로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아릴 할라이드는 아릴 플로라이드, 아릴 클로라이드, 아릴 브로마이드 또는 아릴 아이오다이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아릴 할라이드는 탄소수 1 ~ 4의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 ~ 12의 아릴기, 탄소수 1 ~ 4의 알콕시기, 카르복시기, 니트로기, 하이드록시기, 카보닐기, 탄소수 1 ~ 4의 알킬아미노기, 아세틸기, 트리플루오로메틸기 및 할로기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 치환기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응은 용매 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 용매는 DMSO, H2O, DMF, BuOH, 다이옥산 및 톨루엔으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응은 50 ~ 150 ℃에서 12 ~ 30 시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 구리 촉매 및 강염기의 존재 하에서, 아이오도톨루엔과 2-다이메틸아미노에탄올을, DMSO와 H2O가 3:0.5~4의 부피비로 혼합된 용매 하에서 50 ~ 150 ℃에서 12 ~ 30 시간 동안 반응시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 페놀의 합성방법.
- 금속 촉매 및 강염기의 존재 하에서, 아릴 할라이드와 2-다이메틸아미노에탄올을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 아릴은 6 ~ 24의 탄소수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 시아니딘 합성용 페놀의 합성방법.
- 금속 촉매 및 강염기의 존재 하에서, 아릴 할라이드와 2-다이메틸아미노에탄올을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 아릴은 6 ~ 24의 탄소수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레스베라트롤 합성용 페놀의 합성방법.
