Claims (15)
- 분말 혼합물로서,
- 하나 이상의 분말화된 유기 퍼옥사이드 20 중량% 내지 90 중량%, 및
- 하나 이상의 분말화된 충전제 물질 10 중량% 내지 80 중량%
를 포함하고,
상기 분말화된 충전제 물질 중 60 중량% 이상은 바륨 설페이트인, 분말 혼합물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분말 혼합물이 물 1 중량% 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 치환된 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 다이(tert-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠, 다이쿠밀 퍼옥사이드, 다이(다이클로로벤조일)퍼옥사이드, 다이이소프로필 퍼옥시다이카르보네이트, 다이(t-부틸사이클로헥실)퍼옥시다이카르보네이트, 다이세틸 퍼옥시다이카르보네이트, 다이미리스틸 퍼옥시다이카르보네이트 및 다이데카노일 퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드 및 치환된 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 다이(4-메틸벤조일) 퍼옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
바륨 설페이트가, 평균 입자 크기(d50)가 0.5 미크론 내지 3 미크론 범위인 1차 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분말 혼합물의 제조 방법으로서,
하나 이상의 분말화된 유기 퍼옥사이드 20 중량% 내지 90 중량% 및 하나 이상의 분말화된 충전제 물질 10 중량% 내지 80 중량%를, 평균 입자 직경(d50)이 200 미크론 미만에 도달할 때까지 균질화하고 탈집적화(deagglomeration)하고,
상기 분말화된 충전제 물질 중 60 중량% 이상은 바륨 설페이트인, 분말 혼합물의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 분말화된 유기 퍼옥사이드가 물 5 중량% 내지 70 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물의 제조 방법. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 치환된 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 다이(tert-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠, 다이쿠밀 퍼옥사이드, 다이(다이클로로벤조일)퍼옥사이드, 다이이소프로필 퍼옥시다이카르보네이트, 다이(t-부틸사이클로헥실)퍼옥시다이카르보네이트, 다이세틸 퍼옥시다이카르보네이트, 다이미리스틸 퍼옥시다이카르보네이트 및 다이데카노일 퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드 및 치환된 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 다이(4-메틸벤조일) 퍼옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는, 분말 혼합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분말 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분말 혼합물의 용도로서,
라디칼적으로 경화성인 열경화성 수지를 경화시키기 위한, 용도. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분말 혼합물의 용도로서,
