Claims (18)
- * ε 및/또는 γ' 상의 철 질화물로 형성된 적어도 8 마이크로미터 두께의 조합물 층을 형성하도록 구성된 질화 또는 질화침탄 단계,
* 0.1 내지 3 마이크로미터에 포함되는 두께의 산화물 층을 생성하도록 구성된 산화 단계 및
* 주위 온도에서 적어도 5분 동안 함침 배스(bath)에 침지시키는 것에 의한 함침 단계로서, 상기 배스는 적어도 70 중량% (최근접 1%까지)의, C9 내지 C17 알칸의 세트로 형성된 탄화수소 혼합물로 형성된 용매, 10 중량% 내지 30 중량% (최근접 1%까지)의, C16 내지 C32 알칸의 세트로 이루어진 적어도 1종의 파라핀 오일 및 0.01 중량% 내지 3 중량% (최근접 0.1%까지)에 포함되는 농도의 합성 페놀계 첨가제 유형의 적어도 1종의 첨가제로 형성된 것인, 함침 단계
를 포함하는, 스틸 부품에 높은 내마모성 및 내부식성을 제공하는 스틸 부품의 표면 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 합성 페놀계 첨가제가 화학식 C15H24O의 화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 함침 배스가 90 중량%+/-0.5 중량%의 용매, 10 중량%+/-0.5 중량%의 파라핀 오일 및 0.01 중량% 내지 1 중량%+/-0.1 중량% 미만의 화학식 C15H24O의 합성 페놀계 첨가제로 형성된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 함침 배스가 칼슘 또는 나트륨 술포네이트, 포스파이트, 디페닐아민, 아연 디티오포스페이트, 니트라이트, 포스포르아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침지 작업에 이어서 자연 건조 또는 베이킹에 의해 가속되는 건조의 작업이 후속되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질화 또는 질화침탄 단계를 14 중량% 내지 44 중량%의 알칼리 금속 시아네이트를 함유하는 용융 염의 배스에서 550℃ 내지 650℃의 온도에서 적어도 45분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 질화/질화침탄 배스가 14 중량% 내지 18 중량%의 알칼리 금속 시아네이트를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 질화/질화침탄 처리를 590℃의 온도에서 90분 내지 100분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 질화/질화침탄 처리를 630℃의 온도에서 대략 45분 내지 50분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질화침탄 단계를 암모니아를 함유하는 500℃ 내지 600℃의 기체상 매질에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질화 또는 질화침탄 단계를 저압에서 적어도 질소 및 수소를 포함하는, 플라즈마를 형성하는 이온성 매질에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질화 또는 질화침탄 단계를 적어도 10 마이크로미터 두께의 조합물 층을 형성하도록 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 단계를 알칼리 금속 니트레이트, 알칼리 금속 카르보네이트 및 알칼리 금속 히드록시드를 함유하는 용융 염의 배스에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 산화 단계를 430℃ 내지 470℃의 온도에서 15 내지 20분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 단계를 알칼리 금속 히드록시드, 알칼리 금속 니트레이트 및 알칼리 금속 니트라이트를 함유하는 수성 배스에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 산화 단계를 110℃ 내지 130℃의 온도에서 15 내지 20분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 단계를 450℃ 내지 550℃의 온도에서 30 내지 120분 동안, 대부분이 수증기로 이루어진 기체상 매질에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 적어도 8 마이크로미터의 조합물 층, 0.1 내지 3 마이크로미터에 포함되는 두께의 산화물 층 및 촉감이 건조한 함침 층을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 수득된 높은 내마모성 및 내부식성을 갖는 스틸 부품.
