Claims (7)
- 회전 전기의 회전축에 고정된 브레이크 판과,
상기 브레이크 판에 대향해서 배치되어 있는 환상의 브레이크 슈와,
축방향으로 이동 가능하도록 상기 회전 전기의 고정부에 맞물리고, 상기 브레이크 슈를 지지함과 아울러 바이어싱 작용을 받아서 상기 브레이크 슈를 상기 브레이크 판에 슬라이딩 접촉시키는 브레이크 슈 지지판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 브레이크 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 슈에 있어서의 상기 브레이크 판과의 슬라이딩 접촉면과 반대측의 면과, 상기 브레이크 슈 지지판의 지지면 중 한쪽에 볼록부를 형성하고, 다른쪽에 상기 볼록부에 맞물리는 맞물림부를 형성하고 있는 마찰 브레이크 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 판은 상기 회전축을 지지하는 반출력측 베어링보다 외측의 위치에 있어서 상기 회전축에 고정되어 있는 마찰 브레이크 구조. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 판의 외경은 상기 반출력측 베어링의 외경보다 작고,
상기 브레이크 판이 상기 반출력측 베어링의 내륜부에 지지되어 있는 마찰 브레이크 구조. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 슈의 외경은 상기 반출력측 베어링의 외경보다 작은 마찰 브레이크 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바이어싱 작용을 상기 브레이크 슈 지지판에 부여하는 기구로서 원추 코일 스프링을 더 구비한 마찰 브레이크 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 슈의 축방향의 두께가 일정값 이하가 되었을 경우에, 상기 브레이크 슈 지지판의 축방향 상기 브레이크 판측으로의 이동을 규제하는 접촉 정지부를 더 구비한 마찰 브레이크 구조.
