- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 a 및 c는 단일 결합, b는 이중 결합, R2는 OR5, OR5는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같이 정의되고, 이 때, R5는 바람직하게는 수소 또는 C1 내지 C6의 직쇄형 또는 분지형 알킬이고, R4는 수소 또는 R6은 C1 내지 C6인 COR6이고,
특히 상기 화합물은 4-하이드록시테스토스테론(hydroxytestosterone) 또는 이의 염 또는 에스테르(esters)인 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 사용하기 위한 화합물.

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염증성 증상에서 혈관 형성을 예방 또는 억제하기 위한 화합물로서,
이 때, 특히 상기 염증성 증상은, 관절염, 염증성 장질환, 습진 및 신경피부염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 종양, 특히 유방암 또는 전립선암에 의해 유발되는 혈관 형성을 예방 또는 억제하기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고형 종양, 바람직하게는 신장암, 대장암, 폐암, 뇌종양, 난소암, 췌장암 및 림프종, 및 이들의 전이로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 고형 종양의 예방 또는 치료; 또는 비고형 종양, 바람직하게는 다발성 골수종 또는 이들의 전이의 예방 또는 치료에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
혈관 또는 혈관증식성 종양(neoplasma)은, 바람직하게는 내피세포 종양 및 특히 혈관종,
눈 관련 질병, 특히 상기 눈 관련 질병은 망막증, 황반변성, 결막염, 각막 신생 혈관, 유리체 내로의 혈관주입, 및 눈 렌즈의 혈관 형성으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
특히 오버슈팅 흉터 형성(overshooting scar formation)을 줄이기 위한, 상처 회복, 또는 일반 조직(regular tissue)의 연조직(soft tissue)으로의 변형,
혈관 기형, 특히 피부 또는 고형 장기의 혈관종에 대한 혈관 기형,
심혈관 질환, 특히 고혈압, 협착 또는 혈관 재협착, 동맥경화
비만,
자궁내막증,
으로부터 선택되는 질환 또는 증상의 예방 또는 치료에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식의 화합물 및 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 의학적 치료에 사용하기 위한 약학적으로 허용되는 담체 및/또는 부형제를 포함하는 약학 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 약학 조성물은 피부, 점막, 점막하, 경피, 근육, 정맥, 피하, 피내, 구강, 비강, 안구 내 또는 좌약 투여 또는 캐비티 내 점적 주입용으로 제조되는 약학 조성물.
- (i)VEGF, VEGFR 또는 가용성 VEGFR/ VEGFR 혼합물에 대한 항체 및 티로신 키나아제 억제제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 활성 물질, 및
(ii)화학식 1로 정의된 화합물
