Claims (16)
- 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 마이크로파 방사선으로 조사하여, 조사된 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 조사된 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 크롬 화합물, 피롤 화합물 및 아연 화합물과 혼합하여, 촉매 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및
올레핀을 상기 촉매 조성물과 접촉시켜, 상기 올레핀의 올리고머를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조사된 알킬알루미늄 화합물과 상기 크롬 화합물의 혼합이 조사 후 10 분 이내에 발생하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조사된 알킬알루미늄 화합물과 상기 크롬 화합물의 혼합이 조사 후 3 분 이내에 발생하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 알킬알루미늄 화합물 및 아연 화합물의 혼합물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 마이크로파 방사선으로 조사하여, 조사된 혼합물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 조사된 혼합물을 크롬 화합물 및 피롤 화합물과 혼합하여, 촉매 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및
올레핀을 상기 촉매 조성물과 접촉시켜 상기 올레핀의 올리고머를 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하는 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 조사된 혼합물과 상기 크롬 화합물의 혼합이 조사 후 10 분 이내에 발생하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 조사된 혼합물과 상기 크롬 화합물의 혼합이 조사 후 3 분 이내에 발생하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸알루미늄 및 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 화합물이 디알킬아연 화합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 디알킬아연 화합물은 디에틸아연을 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파 방사선이 약 0.2 GHz 내지 약 20 GHz 범위의 주파수를 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파 방사선이 약 2.45 GHz의 주파수를 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌을 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀의 상기 올리고머가 1-헥센을 포함하는, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀의 상기 올리고머가 헥센의 다른 이성질체를 더 포함하며, 1-헥센 대 헥센의 다른 이성질체의 비가 적어도 99.7:0.3인, 올레핀 올리고머 제조 방법.
