Abstract
Description
도2는 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사의 가공 흐름도이다. 그중에서 4는 데이크론 전배향사POY이고 5는 제1롤러이고 6은 제1핫박스이며 7은 스크롤 튜브이고 8은 이동하고 있는 슬라이버이며 9는 제2롤러이고 10은 제2핫박스이며 11은 제3롤러이고 12는 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사(탄성 증가 가공사DTY)이며 13은 권취통이다.
Claims (10)
- 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭에 있어서, 해당 패브릭은 적어도 45중량%이상의 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사를 포함하는 편직원료로 편직된 위편 니티드 패브릭이고, 해당 패브릭의 공극면적의 분포는 6000~22000μm2를 중심으로 하여 2σ이상에 분산되어 있으며 공극면적의 변이계수는 40%보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사의 함량은 100중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사는 헛꼬임 방향 연사 구역과 반대 방향 연사 구역이 교체하여 형성되고 그중에서 헛꼬임 방향 연사 구역의 평균 길이는 0.3cm이하이고 길이 변이계수는 60%이상이며 직경은 반대 방향 연사 구역 직경의 30%~70%이고 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사 중의 헛꼬임 방향 연사 구역의 총 길이는 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사 총 길이의 20.0%~40.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사의 총 섬도는 56~220dtex이고 단사 섬도(denier per filament)는 1.30dtex이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 해당 패브릭은 기모품인 것을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 해당 패브릭은 하나의 필라멘트사로 편직되거나 두개의 필라멘트사를 병합 편직하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 해당 패브릭의 벤딩강성(bending rigidity)은 0.015~0.045N·cm2/cm이고, 표면 거칠기는3.0~6.0μ이고 압축비 워크(箕鍵比功)는 0.20~0.80N·Ecm/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 코톤 모방 니티드 패브릭.
- 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사는 헛꼬임 방향 연사 구역과 반대 방향 연사 구역이 교체하여 형성되고 그중에서 헛꼬임 방향 연사 구역의 평균 길이는 0.3cm이하이고 길이 변이계수는 60%이상이며 직경은 반대 방향 연사 구역 직경의 30%~70%이고 길이는 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사 총 길이의 20.0%~40.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사의 총 섬도는 56~220dtex이고 단사 섬도(denier per filament)는 1.30dtex이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사.
- 청구항 8 또는 청구항 9의 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 데이크론 전배향사(per-oriented yarn)를 제1롤러에 도입한 후 제1핫박스에 도입하여 가열시킨 다음 순서에 따라 스크롤 튜브(scroll tube), 제2롤러, 제2핫박스, 제3롤러에 도입하여 상기 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사를 얻는 단계를 포함하고, 제1핫박스 중의 온도는 230~250℃이고 상기 단계 중의 D/Y 비는 1.5~2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필라먼트사를 제조하는 방법.
