Claims (22)
- 하드 코팅층; 및 상기 하드 코팅층에 형성된 저굴절층;을 포함하고,
표면의 요철 형상의 거칠기 첨도(Rku)가 3.5 초과 6 미만이고, 스웨디쉬 높이(H)가 20 nm 초과 200 nm 미만이며,
380 nm 내지 780 nm 파장 영역에서의 투광도가 94% 이상인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사 방지 필름의 표면의 요철 형상의 거칠기 첨도(Rku) 및 스웨디쉬 높이(H)는 비접촉 표면형상측정기(3D Optical Profiler)를 이용하여 측정한 결과인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사 방지 필름의 380 nm 내지 780 nm 파장 영역에서의 평균 반사율이 5% 미만인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사 방지 필름의 내부 헤이즈가 0 초과 10% 미만인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사 방지 필름의 외부 헤이즈가 0 초과 0.5% 미만인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 광중합성 화합물의 (공)중합체를 포함하는 바인더 수지 및 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 유기 또는 무기 미립자;를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 상기 광중합성 화합물의 (공)중합체 100중량부 대비 상기 유기 또는 무기 미립자 1 내지 20중량부를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 상기 유기 또는 무기 미립자 및 무기 나노 입자의 총중량을 기준으로 1 nm 내지 50 nm 의 직경을 갖는 무기 나노 입자3 내지 10 중량%를 더 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 50 nm 초과 120 nm 이하의 직경을 갖는 무기 나노 입자를 더 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저굴절층은 광중합성 화합물; 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물; 및 반응성 작용기가 1이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산(polysilsesquioxane); 간의 가교 중합체를 포함하는 바인더 수지와 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 무기 미세 입자를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 폴리실세스퀴옥산에 치환되는 반응성 작용기는 알코올, 아민, 카르복실산, 에폭사이드, 이미드, (메타)아크릴레이트, 니트릴, 노보넨, 올레핀, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 싸이올 및 비닐기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 작용기를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 작용기가 1이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산은 탄소수 1 내지 30의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 30의 사이클로헥실기 및 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 미반응성 작용기가 1이상 더 치환되는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 작용기가 1이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산은 반응성 작용기가 1이상 치환되고 케이지(cage)구조를 갖는 다면체 올리고머 실세스퀴옥산(Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane)을 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 케이지(cage)구조를 갖는 다면체 올리고머 실세스퀴옥산의 실리콘들 중 적어도 1개 이상에는 반응성 작용기가 치환되고 상기 반응성 작용기가 치환되지 않은 나머지 실리콘들에는 비반응성 작용기가 치환되는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 폴리실세스퀴옥산에 치환된 비작용성 반응기 대비 반응성 작용기의 몰비(molar ratio)가 0.20 이상인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 광중합성 화합물은 (메타)아크릴레이트 또는 비닐기를 포함하는 단량체 또는 올리고머를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 화합물에 포함되는 광반응성 작용기는 (메타)아크릴레이트기, 에폭사이드기, 비닐기(Vinyl) 및 싸이올기(Thiol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물은 1 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 불소 함량을 갖고,
i) 하나 이상의 광반응성 작용기가 치환되고, 적어도 하나의 탄소에 1이상의 불소가 치환된 지방족 화합물 또는 지방족 고리 화합물; ii) 1 이상의 광반응성 작용기로 치환되고, 적어도 하나의 수소가 불소로 치환되고, 하나 이상의 탄소가 규소로 치환된 헤테로(hetero) 지방족 화합물 또는 헤테로(hetero)지방족 고리 화합물; iii) 하나 이상의 광반응성 작용기가 치환되고, 적어도 하나의 실리콘에 1이상의 불소가 치환된 폴리디알킬실록산계 고분자; 및 iv) 1 이상의 광반응성 작용기로 치환되고 적어도 하나의 수소가 불소로 치환된 폴리에테르 화합물;로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 무기 미세 입자는 10 내지 100 nm 의 수평균 입경을 갖는 중공 실리카 입자인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 저굴절층은 상기 광중합성 화합물 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물 1 내지 75 중량부, 상기 반응성 작용기가 1이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산(polysilsesquioxane) 0.5 내지 25 중량부 및 상기 무기 미세 입자 10 내지 320 중량부를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 5 ㎛ 초과 10 ㎛ 미만의 두께를 가지며,
상기 저굴절층은 1㎚ 내지 300 ㎚의 두께를 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 반사 방지 필름을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
