Claims (5)
- 무기염, 산화물 및 유기 수지 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하고,
무기염 및/또는 산화물을, 절연 피막의 총 질량에 대해서 합계 50질량% 이상 함유하고,
불소 농도가 2ppm~130ppm이며, 또한,
크롬계 화합물을 함유하지 않는 절연 피막을 강판 표면에 갖는, 전자 강판. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
인산 금속염과, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물 혹은 공중합물을, 절연 피막의 총 질량에 대해서 합계 50질량% 이상 함유하는, 전자 강판. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
산화물과, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물 혹은 공중합물을, 절연 피막의 총 질량에 대해서 합계 50질량% 이상 함유하는, 전자 강판. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
알루미늄, 아연, 칼슘, 코발트, 스트론튬, 지르코늄, 티탄, 니켈, 바륨, 마그네슘 및 망간 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 원소의 인산 금속염 100질량부와, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물 혹은 공중합물 1~50질량부를, 절연 피막의 총 질량에 대해서 합계 50질량% 이상 함유하는, 전자 강판. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
콜로이달 실리카, 산화 아연, 산화 칼슘, 산화 코발트, 산화 지르코늄, 산화 티탄 및 산화 마그네슘 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물 100질량부와, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물 혹은 공중합물 1~100질량부를, 절연 피막의 총 질량에 대해서 합계 50질량% 이상 함유하는, 전자 강판.
