Claims (5)
- 조성이 Lia(NixCoyMn1-x-y)O2(1.0≤a≤1.15, 0<x<1, 0<y<1)로 표시되는 리튬 전이 금속 층상 산화물을 포함하는 비수전해질 이차 전지용 정극 활물질이며, 상기 정극 활물질은 일차 입자의 응집에 의해 이차 입자가 형성되어 있고, 해당 이차 입자의 단면의 조성비 Li/Me(Me=Ni+Co+Mn)의 변동 계수가 25% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차 전지용 정극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 이차 입자 직경이 3.0 내지 16㎛인, 비수전해질 이차 전지용 정극 활물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일차 입자(결정자 크기)가 100 내지 600nm인, 비수전해질 이차 전지용 정극 활물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수전해질 이차 전지용 정극 활물질을 사용한, 비수전해질 이차 전지.
- 원료가 되는, 구상(球狀)의 니켈ㆍ코발트ㆍ망간계 복합 화합물 입자를 얻고, 이 복합 화합물 입자와 수산화리튬을, 몰비로 Li/(Ni+Co+Mn)을 1.00 내지 1.20의 범위로 한 혼합물을 얻고, 이 혼합물을 산소 함유 분위기에서 600 내지 900℃의 온도에서 소성하고, 수세 처리하지 않고, 500 내지 750℃에서 소성 온도보다 저온에서 어닐링 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수전해질 이차 전지용 정극 활물질의 제조 방법.
