Claims (8)
- (a) 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지, (b) 불소 수지 및 (c) 유기 실란 화합물을 배합하여 이루어지는 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물로서,
전자 현미경으로 관찰되는 상기 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 성형품의 수지상 분리 구조는, 상기 (a) 성분이 연속상을 형성하고 있는 것과 동시에 상기 (b) 성분이 수평균 분산 지름 1μm 이하의 1차 분산상을 형성하고 있는 상태이면서, 동시에, 상기 (b) 성분으로 이루어지는 상기 1차 분산상 내에 상기 (a) 성분으로 이루어지는 2차 분산상이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 성분은, 반응성 관능기를 가지는 불소 수지인, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 성분은, 에틸렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체인, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 성분은, 카르복실기 양을 25μmol/g 이상 400μmol/g 이하의 범위로 함유 하는 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지인, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 성분의 중량 평균 분자량은, 30000이상 150000 이하의 범위인, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 성분은, 이소시아네이트기를 가지는 유기 실란 화합물인, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
2축압출기의 스크류 전체 길이에 대한 신장 유동하면서 용융 혼련하는 신장 유동 존의 합계의 길이의 비율이 3% 이상 20% 이하인 2축압출기를 이용하여, 상기 (a) 성분, 상기 (b) 성분 및 상기 (c) 성분을 용융 혼련하는, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
신장 유동 존 앞의 압력차와 신장 유동 존 내에서의 압력차의 차이가 10 kg/cm2 이상 1000 kg/cm2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
