Abstract
본 발명에 의한 인테리어 장식부재의 제조방법은 PVC 합판층을 준비하는 단계: 상기 PVC 합판층 상면에 대비층을 코팅하는 단계; 상기 대비층 상면에 전사인쇄층이 인쇄된 PET 층을 통과시키면서 전사 인쇄층을 대비층 상면에 코팅하는 단계; 상기 전사인쇄층 상면에 수성의 UV 경화 코팅 도료를 도포한 후 자외선을 조사하여 UV 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 UV 코팅층을 거친 타일을 일정 시간을 두고 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조단계를 거쳐 이루어진다.

Claims (4)
- PVC 합판층을 준비하는 단계:(S1)
상기 PVC 합판층 상면에 대비층을 코팅하는 단계;(S2)
상기 대비층 상면에 전사인쇄층이 인쇄된 PET 층을 통과시키면서 전사 인쇄층을 대비층 상면에 코팅하는 단계;(S3)
상기 전사인쇄층 상면에 UV 도료를 도포한 후 자외선을 조사하여 UV 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;(S4)
상기 UV 코팅층을 거친 타일을 일정 시간을 두고 건조하는 단계;(S5)
상기 건조단계를 거친 타일을 엠보가 형성된 열롤러쌍을 거치는 단계(S6)를 포함하여 이루어진 UV 코팅층에 엠보 형성이 가능한 인테리어 장식부재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 UV 도료는 수성 UV 경화 코팅 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 코팅층 에 엠보 형성이 가능한 인테리어 장식부재의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 UV 코팅층의 두께는 100㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 코팅층에 엠보 형성이 가능한 인테리어 장식부재의 제조방법.
- 발랜스층;
상기 발랜스층 상면에 합지되는 PVC 합판층;
상기 PVC 합판층 상면에 코팅되는 백색의 대비층;
상기 대비층 상면에 인쇄되는 소정의 무늬가 인쇄된 전사 인쇄층;
상기 전사 인쇄층 상면에 코팅되는 UV 코팅층;
상기 UV 코팅층 상면에 형성된 엠보를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 UV 코팅층은 수성 UV 경화 코팅 조성물을 특징으로 하고, 상기 UV 코팅층의 두께는 100㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 코팅층에 엠보가 형성된 인테리어 장식부재.
