Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)로 표시되는 구조 단위를 포함하는 폴리케톤과, 무기 입자를 함유하고, 상기 폴리케톤 및 상기 무기 입자의 합계량 100 질량부에 대해, 상기 무기 입자의 함유량이 10 질량부∼70 질량부이며, 상기 무기 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 10 ㎚∼200 ㎚인 폴리케톤 조성물.
[일반식 (Ⅰ) 중, X는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼50의 2가의 기를 나타내고, Y는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내며, n은 1∼1500의 정수를 나타낸다.] - 제1항에 있어서, 두께 10 ㎛의 막으로 했을 때의 헤이즈가 1% 미만인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 막으로 했을 때의 400 ㎚의 가시광의 투과율이, 막 두께 1 ㎛ 환산으로 85% 이상인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (Ⅰ)에 있어서, X가, 각각 독립적으로, 방향환을 포함하는 탄소수 6∼50의 2가의 기를 포함하는 것인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (Ⅰ)에 있어서, X가, 각각 독립적으로, 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ-1)∼(Ⅱ-3)으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것인 폴리케톤 조성물.
[일반식 (Ⅱ-1) 중, R1은, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R2는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내며, m은, 각각 독립적으로, 0∼3의 정수를 나타낸다.]
[일반식 (Ⅱ-2) 중, R1은, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R2는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내며, m은, 각각 독립적으로, 0∼3의 정수를 나타내고, Z는, 산소 원자 또는 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ-1)∼(Ⅲ-7)로 표시되는 2가의 기를 나타낸다.]
[일반식 (Ⅲ-1)∼(Ⅲ-7) 중, R1은, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R2는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내며, R3 및 R4는, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, m은, 각각 독립적으로, 0∼3의 정수를 나타내며, n은, 각각 독립적으로, 0∼4의 정수를 나타내고, p는, 각각 독립적으로, 0∼2의 정수를 나타낸다.]
[일반식 (Ⅱ-3) 중, R5는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 좋은 탄소수 1∼30의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, n은, 각각 독립적으로, 0∼4의 정수를 나타낸다.] - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (Ⅰ)에 있어서, Y가 2가의 포화 탄화수소기를 포함하는 것인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (Ⅰ)에 있어서, Y가 2가의 포화 지환식 탄화수소기를 포함하는 것인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (Ⅰ)에 있어서, Y의 탄소수가 6∼30인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자가 실리카 입자인 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 용매를 포함하는 폴리케톤 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리케톤 조성물로 형성되어 이루어지는 폴리케톤막.
- 기재(基材)와, 상기 기재의 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성되는 제11항에 기재된 폴리케톤막을 갖는 폴리케톤막 부착 기재.
- 제11항에 기재된 폴리케톤막, 또는 제12항에 기재된 폴리케톤막 부착 기재를 갖는 광학 소자.
- 제11항에 기재된 폴리케톤막, 제12항에 기재된 폴리케톤막 부착 기재, 또는 제13항에 기재된 광학 소자를 갖는 화상 표시 장치.
- 부재와, 상기 부재의 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성되는 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리케톤 조성물로 형성되어 이루어지는 피막을 갖는 피복 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리케톤 조성물로 성형되어 이루어지는 성형체.
