Claims (13)
- (A) 에틸렌계 단량체 단위 50 내지 100 중량%, (C3-C20)알파-올레핀 유래 공단량체 단위 50 내지 0 중량% 및 디엔 공단량체 단위 20 내지 0 중량%를 포함하는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 중합체인 폴리올레핀 중합체(여기서 총 중량%는 100.00 중량%임); 가교 유효량의 (B) 화학식 (I)의 모노시클릭 유기실록산: [R1,R2SiO2 / 2]n (I) [식 중, 아래 첨자 n은 3이상의 정수이고; 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 (C2-C4)알케닐 또는 H2C=C(R1a)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)m-(여기서 R1a는 H 또는 메틸이고, 아래 첨자 m은 1 내지 4의 정수임)이고; 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 H, (C1-C4)알킬, 페닐 또는 R1임]; 및 (C) 유기 과산화물을 포함하며, 단, 포스파젠 염기가 없는, 폴리올레핀 조성물.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아래 첨자 n이 3이고, (B) 화학식 (I)의 모노시클릭 유기실록산이 하기의 제한 (i) 내지 (x) 중 어느 하나에 의해 설명되는, 폴리올레핀 조성물: (i) 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 (C2-C3)알케닐이고, 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 H, (C1-C2)알킬 또는 (C2-C3)알케닐임; (ii) 각각의 R1은 비닐이고, 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 (C1-C2)알킬임; (iii) 각각의 R1은 비닐이고, 각각의 R2는 메틸임; (iv) 각각의 R1은 알릴이고, 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 (C1-C2)알킬임; (v) 각각의 R1은 알릴이고, 각각의 R2는 메틸임; (vi) 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 H2C=C(R1a)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)m-(여기서, R1a는 H 또는 메틸이고, 아래 첨자 m은 1 내지 4의 정수임)이고, 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 H, (C1-C2)알킬 또는 (C2-C3)알케닐임; (vii) 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 H2C=C(R1a)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)m-(여기서, R1a는 H이고, 아래 첨자 m은 3임)이고, 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 (C1-C2)알킬임; (viii) 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 H2C=C(R1a)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)m-(여기서, R1a는 메틸이고, 아래 첨자 m은 3임)이고, 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 (C1-C2)알킬임; (ix) 폴리올레핀 조성물은 산화알루미늄, 규산알루미늄, 규산칼슘, 규산마그네슘, 실리카, 이산화티타늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 무기 충전제를 24 중량% 이상 함유하지 않음; 및 (x) 제한 (ix)와 제한 (i) 내지 (viii) 중 어느 하나의 조합.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기의 제한 (i) 내지 (vii) 중 어느 하나에 의해 설명되는, 폴리올레핀 조성물: (i) (A) 폴리올레핀 중합체는 2-프로판올에서, ASTM D792-13 (방법 B)에 의해 측정 시, 0.86 내지 0.97 입방 센티미터 당 그램 (g/cm3)의 밀도를 특징으로 함; (ii) (A) 폴리올레핀 중합체는 폴리올레핀 조성물의 중량의 80 내지 99.89 중량%임; (iii) (B) 화학식 (I)의 모노시클릭 유기실록산은 폴리올레핀 조성물의 0.1 내지 3 중량%임; 및 (C) 유기 과산화물은 폴리올레핀 조성물의 0.01 내지 4.5 중량%임; (iv) (i) 및 (ii) 둘 모두; (v) (i) 및 (iii) 둘 모두; (vi) (ii) 및 (iii) 둘 모두; 및 (vii) (i), (ii) 및 (iii) 각각.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (D) 통상적인 보조 작용제(coagent); (E) 항산화제; (F) 충전제; (G) 난연제; (H) 입체장애 아민 안정화제; (I) 트리 지연제(tree retardant); (J) 메틸 라디칼 소거제; (K) 스코치 지연제(scorch retardant), (L) 조핵제 및 (M) 카본 블랙으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하며, 단, 적어도 하나의 첨가제의 총량은 폴리올레핀 조성물의 0 초과 내지 70 중량%이고, (F) 충전제는 임의의 생략된 충전제를 포함하지 않는, 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- (A) 폴리올레핀 중합체와 (B) 화학식 (I)의 모노시클릭 유기실록산: [R1,R2SiO2/2]n (I)을 함께 혼합하여, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물을 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 폴리올레핀 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- (A) 폴리올레핀 중합체를 (B) 화학식 (I)의 모노시클릭 유기실록산과 반응시켜 가교된 폴리올레핀 생성물을 제조하는 방식으로, 폴리올레핀 조성물을 경화 유효 온도에서 (C) 유기 과산화물과 함께 가열하는 것을 포함하는, 가교된 폴리올레핀 생성물을 제조하기 위해 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물을 자유 라디칼 경화시키는 방법.
- 제9항의 경화 방법에 의해 제조된 가교된 폴리올레핀 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물 또는 제10항의 가교된 폴리올레핀 생성물의 성형된 형태를 포함하는 제조된 물품.
- 전도성 코어, 및 전도성 코어를 적어도 부분적으로 커버하는 절연 층을 포함하며, 절연 층의 적어도 일부가 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물 또는 제10항의 가교된 폴리올레핀 생성물을 포함하는, 코팅된 전도체.
- 제12항의 코팅된 전도체의 전도성 코어를 가로질러 전압을 인가하여, 전도성 코어를 통해 전기의 흐름을 발생시키는 것을 포함하는, 전기를 전송하는 방법.
