Claims (11)
- 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 비드로서, 상기 중합체는 상기 중합체의 중량을 기준으로,
아세토아세톡시 또는 아세토아세트아미드 작용성 단량체의 구조 단위를 25 중량% 내지 75 중량%, 및
폴리비닐 단량체의 구조 단위를 25 중량% 내지 75 중량% 포함하고; 그리고
중합체 비드는 알칼리 금속 이온을 적어도 5,000 ㎍/g 함유하며 80 내지 400 ㎡/g 범위의 비표면적을 갖는 것인 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 비드는 85 내지 350 ㎡/g의 범위 내의 비표면적을 갖는 것인 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐 단량체는 폴리비닐 방향족 단량체를 포함하는 것인 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아세토아세톡시 또는 아세토아세트아미드 작용성 단량체는 아세토아세톡시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 아세토아세톡시에틸 아크릴레이트, 아세토아세톡시프로필 메타크릴레이트, 알릴 아세토아세테이트, 아세토아세톡시부틸 메타크릴레이트, 및 2,3-디(아세토아세톡시)프로필 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐 단량체는 디비닐벤젠, 트리비닐 벤젠, 및 디비닐나프탈렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중합체는 상기 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 상기 아세토아세톡시 또는 아세토아세트아미드 작용성 단량체의 구조 단위를 30 중량% 내지 70 중량%, 상기 폴리비닐 단량체의 구조 단위를 30 중량% 내지 70 중량%, 및 모노비닐 지방족 단량체 및/또는 모노비닐 방향족 단량체의 구조 단위를 0 내지 20 중량% 포함하는 것인 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 비드는 알칼리 금속 이온을 10,000 내지 100,000 ㎍/g의 양으로 함유하는 중합체 비드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속 이온은 칼륨 또는 나트륨 이온인 것인 중합체 비드. - 하기 단계를 포함하는,
(i) 포로젠(porogen)의 존재 하에 단량체를 현탁 중합하는 단계로서, 단량체는 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로,
아세토아세톡시 또는 아세토아세트아미드 작용성 단량체를 25 중량% 내지 75 중량%, 및
폴리비닐 단량체를 25 중량% 내지 75 중량% 포함하는 현탁 중합하는 단계; 및
(ii) 단계 (i)로부터 수득된 중합체를 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 금속 탄산염, 및 알칼리 금속 중탄산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 염기와 접촉하여 중합체 비드를 수득하는 단계;를 포함하며,
중합체 비드는 알칼리 금속 이온을 적어도 5,000 ㎍/g 함유하며 80 내지 400 ㎡/g 범위의 비표면적을 갖는 것인 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체 비드를 제조하는 공정. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체 비드를 필터 매질로서 포함하는 가스 필터 장치.
- 공기를 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체 비드와 접촉하는 단계를 포함하는, 알데히드를 함유하는 공기로부터 알데히드를 제거하는 방법.
