Claims (3)
- 규소의 산화물, 규소의 질화물 및 규소의 산질화물 중으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합계로 35질량% 이상과, 알칼리 금속을 합계로 0.05질량% 이하를 함유하고,
기공률이 25체적% 이하이고, 압축 강도가 5㎫ 이상인 침규 처리로용 내화물. - 제1항에 있어서,
추가로, Mg, Ca, Ti, Fe, Cr 및 Zr의 각 산화물을 합계로 1.0질량% 이하를 함유하는 침규 처리로용 내화물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
규소의 산화물, 규소의 질화물 및 규소의 산질화물 중으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합계로 90질량% 이상 함유하는 침규 처리로용 내화물.
