Abstract
본 발명은 텅스텐 전극을 구성함에 있어서, 아크를 발생시키는 텅스텐(1)은 전극몸체(2)의 내부에 은납재(3)가 녹아 결합되도록 전극 내부홀(4)을 형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 텅스텐 전극을 구성함에 있어서,
아크를 발생시키는 텅스텐(1)은 전극몸체(2)의 내부에 은납재(3)가 녹아 결합되도록 전극 내부홀(4)을 형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 전극. - 아크를 발생시키는 텅스텐(8)은 전극몸체(2) 내부에 홀(4)을 형성시켜 텅스텐(8)이 전극몸체(2) 내부에 돌출되게 하며, 은납재(3)가 녹아 결합됨으로써 텅스텐(8)을 돌출형상(6)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 전극.
- 진공브레이징 시 은납재(3)가 녹아서 전극몸체(2)의 전극내부홀(4)을 통하여 전극몸체(2) 아래의 확장되는 부분(5)에 은납재(3)가 오버랩되게 하는 기능으로 은납재(3)가 아래로 흘러내리지 않도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐 전극.
