Claims (12)
- 서로 대향하는 제 1 측벽(12a)과 제 2 측벽(12b)을 갖는 여과조(12)와,
상기 제 1 측벽(12a)에 지지되는 제 1 단부(30a)와 상기 제 2 측벽(12b)에 지지되는 제 2 단부(30b)를 가진 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와,
상기 제 1 측벽(12a)에 지지되는 지지측 단부(40a)를 가진 캔틸레버의 제 2 드럼 필터(40)와,
상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 비지지측 단부(40b)와 상기 제 2 측벽(12b) 사이에 형성된 연통부(51)와,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)를 회전시키는 구동기구(17)와,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 외주면(30c)을 향해 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 제 1 분사부(60)와,
상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 외주면(40c)를 향해 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 제 2 분사부(70)와,
상기 여과조(12) 내의 슬러지를 상기 여과조(12)의 외부로 배출하는 컨베이어를 구비한 여과장치(10). - 제 1 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 상부가 상기 여과조(12) 내의 액체(Q1)의 액면(Q3)보다도 위로 노출되며, 상기 제 1 분사부(60)는 상기 액면(Q3)으로부터 나오는 상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 상기 외주면(30c)을 향해 상방으로부터 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 2 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
제 1 분사부(60)는 상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 상기 외주면(30c)의 접선방향으로 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 1 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 상부가 상기 여과조(12) 내의 액체(Q1)의 액면(Q3)보다도 위로 노출되며, 상기 제 2 분사부(70)는 상기 액면(Q3)으로부터 나오는 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 상기 외주면(40c)을 향해 상방으로부터 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 4 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 2 분사부(70)는 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 상기 외주면(40c)의 접선방향으로 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 1 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40) 사이에 형성된 액체 유입부(50)에, 상기 액체 유입부(50)의 액면 부근의 액체(Q1)를 상기 연통부(51)를 향해 이동시키는 흐름촉진수단(80)을 가진 여과장치(10). - 서로 대향하는 제 1 측벽(12a)과 제 2 측벽(12b)을 갖는 여과조(12)와,
제거대상물을 포함하는 액체(Q1)를 상기 여과조(12)에 공급하는 유로(2)와,
상기 여과조(12)의 액면(Q3)보다도 높은 위치에 마련된 배출부(16)와 상기 여과조(12)의 바닥(12c) 사이에 형성된 슬러지 반출로(15)와,
상기 슬러지 반출로(15)로부터 상기 배출부(16)를 향해 이동하는 하측 부분(13a)을 가진 컨베이어(13)와,
상기 제 1 측벽(12a)에 지지되는 제 1 단부(30a) 및 상기 제 2 측벽(12b)에 지지되는 제 2 단부(30b)를 가지며, 상기 유로(2)로부터 상기 여과조(12)에 공급 된 상기 액체(Q1)를 여과하는 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와,
상기 제 1 측벽(12a)에 지지되는 지지측 단부(40a)를 가지며, 상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와 상기 슬러지 반출로(15) 사이에 배치되어, 상기 여과조(12) 내의 상기 액체(Q1)를 여과하는 캔틸레버의 제 2 드럼 필터(40)와,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40) 사이에 형성되어, 상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 하면측의 액체 유로(33)와 연통하는 액체 유입부(50)와,
상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 비지지측 단부(40b)와 상기 제 2 측벽(12b) 사이에 형성되어 상기 액체 유입부(50)와 연통하는 연통부(51)와,
상기 연통부(51)와 연통하며 상기 슬러지 반출로(15)에 면한 액체 고임부(52)와,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)를 회전시키는 구동기구(17)와,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 외주면(30c)을 향해 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 제 1 분사부(60)와,
상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 외주면(40c)을 향해 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 제 2 분사부(70)를 구비한 여과장치(10). - 제 7 항의 여과장치(10)에서 있어서,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 상부가 상기 여과조(12) 내의 액체(Q1)의 액면(Q3)보다도 위로 노출되며, 상기 제 1 분사부(60)는 상기 액면(Q3)으로부터 나오는 상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 상기 외주면(30c)을 향해 상방으로부터 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 8 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
제 1 분사부(60)는 상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)의 상기 외주면(30c)의 접선방향으로 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 7 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 상부가 상기 여과조(12) 내의 액체(Q1)의 액면(Q3)보다도 위로 노출되며, 상기 제 2 분사부(70)는 상기 액면(Q3)으로부터 나오는 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 상기 외주면(40c)을 향해 상방으로부터 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 10 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 2 분사부(70)는 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40)의 상기 외주면(40c)의 접선방향으로 상기 액체(Q2)를 분사하는 여과장치(10). - 제 7 항의 여과장치(10)에 있어서,
상기 제 1 드럼 필터(30)와 상기 제 2 드럼 필터(40) 사이에 형성된 액체 유입부(50)에, 상기 액체 유입부(50)의 액면 부근의 액체(Q1)를 상기 연통부(51)를 향해 이동시키는 흐름촉진수단(80)을 가진 여과장치(10).
