Abstract
본 발명의 방법에 따르면 고가의 시약이나 용매들을 사용하지 않기 때문에 경제적이다. 또한, 특수한 조건이나 복잡한 공정이 없고, 위험한 시약이나 용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에 산업적으로 대량생산이 용이하다. 또한, 아픽사반 합성의 최종 단계 및 정제 과정에서 유독성 용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에 잔류용매의 위험없이 고순도의 아픽사반을 안정적이면서 고수율로 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
상기 포스핀 화합물은 트리알킬포스핀, 트리알릴포스핀, 트리알킬포스파이트, 트리알릴포스파이트 및 트리페닐포스핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
상기 포스핀 화합물은 화학식 2의 화합물에 대하여 2 내지 4 당량으로 가하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
1) 단계의 유기용매는 디클로로메탄, 클로로포름, 톨루엔, 아세톤, 아세트산에틸, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로필알콜, 아세트산이소프로필, 테트라하이드로퓨란, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, 아세토니트릴, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤 및 디메틸설폭사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 2종 이상의 혼합 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
1) 단계의 반응은 -20 내지 80 ℃에서 0.5 내지 5 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
2) 단계의 반응은 -20 내지 80 ℃에서 0.5 내지 5 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
3) 단계의 아미드화 반응은 화학식 4의 화합물에 대하여 5 내지 30 당량(eq)의 무수 암모니아, 암모니아수 또는 암모늄염을 가하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
3) 단계의 아미드화 반응은 -20 내지 80 ℃에서 0.5 내지 5 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아픽사반의 제조방법.
