Claims (25)
- 제1 표면; 및
상기 제1 표면에 대향하는 제2 표면을 포함하는 기판;
상기 기판의 제2 표면 상에 및/또는 상기 기판 내에 배치되어 상기 제1 표면을 통해 볼 수 있고, 상기 제1 표면을 통해 볼 수 있는 그래픽을 포함하는 시각적 요소;
상기 기판의 제1 표면 상에 형성되고, 하나 이상의 표면 거칠기 부분을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 촉각 요소로서, 여기서, 상기 하나 이상의 표면 거칠기 부분 중 적어도 하나는, 그래픽에 상보적인 방식으로 상기 기판의 제1 표면 상에 위치되는, 촉각 요소;
상기 기판의 제2 표면의 적어도 제1 부분 상에 배치되고, 단색의 영역 또는 2 이상의 색상의 디자인의 영역을 갖는 반-투명층; 및
상기 영역의 적어도 일부 상에 배치된 콘트라스트 층을 포함하고, 상기 콘트라스트 층은, 상기 영역의 색상의 가시성을 향상시키거나 또는 상기 콘트라스트 층이 배치되는 영역의 일부 상에 상기 영역의 디자인의 색상들 사이에 콘트라스트를 향상시키도록 구성되는, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 표면 거칠기 부분은: (i) 상대적으로 더 낮은 표면 거칠기의 적어도 하나의 구역에 의해 경계를 이룬 상대적으로 더 높은 표면 거칠기의 구역, 및 (ⅱ) 상대적으로 더 높은 표면 거칠기의 적어도 하나의 구역에 의해 경계를 이룬 상대적으로 더 낮은 표면 거칠기의 구역 중 하나에 의해 한정되는, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,

상기 촉각 요소의 하나 이상의 표면 거칠기 부분은, 제1 표면의 총 표면적의 작은 부분을 덮고, 제1 표면 거칠기와 다른 제2 표면 거칠기를 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제2 표면 거칠기는, 제1 표면 거칠기보다 상대적으로 더 거친, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제2 표면 거칠기는, 약 80 ㎚를 초과하는 Ra 표면 거칠기를 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제1 표면 거칠기는, 제2 표면 거칠기보다 상대적으로 더 거친, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제1 표면 거칠기는, 약 80 ㎚를 초과하는 Ra 표면 거칠기를 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기판은, 유리, 유리 세라믹, 및 중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 강화 유리를 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 콘트라스트 층의 적어도 일부 상에 배치된 높은 광학 밀도층을 포함하여 상기 콘트라스트 층은 높은 광학 밀도층과 반-투명층 사이에 위치되는, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 높은 광학 밀도층은, 그래픽을 적어도 부분적으로 한정하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 높은 광학 밀도층에 의해 한정된 상기 시각적 요소의 적어도 일부에서, 상기 콘트라스트 층이 반-투명층과 색상층 사이에 위치되도록 상기 시각적 요소의 영역에 배치된 색상층을 더욱 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반-투명층의 영역은, 2 이상의 색상의 디자인을 가지며, 상기 디자인은 가죽결 패턴, 나무결 패턴, 패브릭 패턴, 브러시드 금속 마감 패턴, 및 로고 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 데드프론트 물품. - 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시각적 요소 뒤에 위치된 터치 패널을 더욱 포함하고, 상기 터치 패널은 사용자에 의한 터치에 반응하도록 구성된, 데드프론트 물품. - 제1 표면; 및
상기 제1 표면에 대향하는 제2 표면을 포함하는 기판;
상기 기판의 제2 표면 상에 및/또는 상기 기판 내에 배치되어 상기 제1 표면을 통해 볼 수 있고, 상기 제1 표면을 통해 볼 수 있는 그래픽을 포함하는 시각적 요소;
상기 기판의 제1 표면 상에 형성되고, 하나 이상의 표면 거칠기 부분을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 촉각 요소로서, 여기서, 상기 하나 이상의 표면 거칠기 부분 중 적어도 하나는, 그래픽에 상보적인 방식으로 상기 기판의 제1 표면 상에 위치되는, 촉각 요소;
상기 기판층의 제2 표면 상에 배치된 반-투명층;
상기 반-투명층의 적어도 일부에 배치된 콘트라스트 층; 및

상기 시각적 요소 뒤에 위치하며, 사용자에 의한 터치에 반응하도록 구성된 터치 패널을 포함하는, 자동차 인테리어. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 그래픽은 아이콘이고, 상기 터치 패널은 상기 아이콘의 사용자의 터치에 반응하도록 구성되는, 자동차 인테리어. - 청구항 17 또는 18에 있어서,
상기 반-투명층은, 단색의 영역 또는 2 이상의 디자인의 영역을 가지며, 상기 디자인은, 가죽결 패턴, 나무결 패턴, 패브릭 패턴, 브러시드 메탈 마감 패턴, 및 로고 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 자동차 인테리어. - 청구항 17-19 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 높은 광학 밀도층은, 상기 콘트라스트 층이 높은 광학 밀도층과 반-투명층 사이에 위치되도록 상기 콘트라스트 층의 적어도 일부 상에 배치되는, 자동차 인테리어. - 청구항 20에 있어서,
상기 광학 밀도층에 의해 한정된 시각적 요소의 적어도 일부에서, 상기 콘트라스트 층이 반-투명층과 색상층 사이에 위치되도록, 상기 시각적 요소의 영역에 배치된 색상층을 더욱 포함하는, 자동차 인테리어. - 제1 표면을 통해 그래픽이 보여질 수 있도록, 기판 내에 및/또는 제1 표면 대향하는 기판의 제2 표면 상에 배치된 시각적 요소에 의해 한정된 그래픽에 상보적인 방식으로 기판의 제1 표면 상에 적어도 하나의 촉각 요소를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며;
