- 차음용 섬유 집적체에 있어서,
상기 차음용 섬유 집적체의 평균 섬유경을 Da라 하고 상기 차음용 섬유 집적체의 겉보기 밀도를 ρa라 할 시, 이하의 공식(i) 및 (ii)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음용 섬유 집적체.
(i)450nm ≤ Da ≤ 8500nm
(ii)0.09g/cm3 ≤ ρa ≤ 0.33g/cm3
- 제1항에 있어서,
이하의 공식(i')를 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음용 섬유 집적체.
(i')450nm ≤ Da ≤ 1650nm
- 제1항에 있어서,
이하의 공식(ii')을 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음용 섬유 집적체.
(ii')0.09g/cm3 ≤ ρa ≤ 0.22g/cm3
- 제1항에 있어서,
이하의 공식(i''),(ii'')를 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음용 섬유 집적체.
(i'')1350nm ≤ Da ≤ 1650nm
(ii'')0.18g/cm3 ≤ ρa ≤ 0.22g/cm3
- 제1섬유 집적체층과 상기 제1섬유 집적체층에 겹쳐진 제2섬유 집적체층을 구비하는 흡차음재에 있어서,
상기 제1섬유 집적체층이 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 차음용 섬유 집적체로 구성되며,
상기 제2섬유 집적체층이 그 평균 섬유경을 Db라 하고 겉보기 밀도를 ρb라 할 때 이하의 공식(iii)및(iv)을 만족하는 섬유 집적체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
(iii)4000nm ≤ Db ≤ 8500nm
(iv)0.04g/cm3 ≤ ρb ≤ 0.06g/cm3
- 제5항에 있어서.
상기 제1섬유 집적체층의 두께를 ta라 하고 상기 제2섬유 집적체층의 두께를 tb라 할 때, 이하의 공식(v)를 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
(v)ta < tb
- 제6항에 있어서,
이하의 공식(vi)을 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
(vi)ta/tb ≤ 1/2
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1섬유 집적체층과 상기 제2섬유 집적체층이 동일한 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- 차량에 사용되는 차량용 흡차음재에 있어서,
제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡차음재로 구성되며,
상기 제1섬유 집적체층이 상기 차량의 실외쪽에 배치되고, 상기 제2섬유 집적체층이 상기 차량의 실내쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 흡차음재.
