Claims (10)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비누화도가 85몰% 이상인, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 메쉬 사이즈 2.5mm의 체를 통과하는 입자의 함유율이 80질량% 이상이고, 메쉬 사이즈 0.15mm의 체를 통과하는 입자의 함유율이 20질량% 이하인, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 입자.
- 에틸렌과 비닐에스테르를 공중합하여 에틸렌-비닐에스테르 공중합체를 얻는 중합 공정; 상기 에틸렌-비닐에스테르 공중합체를 비누화하여, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체와 용매를 포함하는 고체 블록을 얻는 비누화 공정; 상기 고체 블록을 분쇄하여 웨트 입자를 얻는 분쇄 공정; 상기 웨트 입자로부터 상기 용매의 일부를 기계적으로 탈액하여 탈액 입자를 얻는 탈액 공정; 및 상기 탈액 입자로부터 상기 용매의 잔부를 가열에 의해 제거하여 건조 입자를 얻는 건조 공정을 포함하는 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 입자의 제조방법으로서,
상기 탈액 입자가 40 내지 65질량%의 상기 용매를 함유하고, 또한
상기 탈액 입자 중의, 메쉬 사이즈 5.6mm의 체를 통과하는 입자의 함유율이 80질량% 이상이고, 메쉬 사이즈 1.0mm의 체를 통과하는 입자의 함유율이 2질량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 입자의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 공정에 있어서, 분쇄기의 파쇄 날의 로크웰 경도가 40 내지 70이고, 또한 파쇄 날의 회전수가 200 내지 550rpm인, 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탈액 공정에 있어서, 원심 탈액기에 의해 탈액하는, 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정 후에, 추가 분쇄 공정을 추가로 포함하는, 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 입자를 물에 용해시키는, 수용액의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 기재된 방법에 의해서 제조된 수용액을 기재에 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 코팅 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도막이 가스 배리어성 도막인, 코팅 방법.
