Claims (9)
- (A) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무 100 중량부에 대하여,
(B) 폴리프로필렌 수지 30 중량부 내지 80 중량부; 및
(C) 페놀계 가교제 2 중량부 내지 8 중량부; 를 포함하고,
상기 (A) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무는 프로필렌 모노머 유래 단위 함량이 20 중량% 내지 50 중량%이고, 에틸리덴-2-노보넨 유래 단위 함량이 8 중량% 내지 10 중량%인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물은
상기 (A) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무 100 중량부를 기준으로,
(D) 파라핀 오일 100 중량부 내지 200 중량부;
(E) 무기 충진제 30 중량부 내지 80 중량부; 및
(F) 가교 활성제 0.1 중량부 내지 5 중량부; 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무는 125℃에서의 ML1+4 무니(MOONEY) 점도가 20 MU 내지 100 MU인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무는 함침 오일을 50 phr 내지 100 phr의 함량으로 포함하는 것인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 폴리프로필렌 수지는 열변형온도(HDT)가 100℃ 내지 150℃이고, 비켓 연화점(VST)이 135℃ 내지 175℃이고, 용융 지수가 0.5 g/10min 내지 1.5 g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.6 g/cm3 내지 1.2 g/cm3인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (E) 무기 충진제는 탈크, 클레이, 탄산칼슘, 월라스토나이트, 황산칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 칼슘스테아레이트, 마이카, 규산칼슘 및 카본블랙 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (F) 가교 활성제는 산화 아연, 염화 주석 및 스테아린산 아연 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 에어 인테이크 호스용 열가소성 탄성체 조성물을 동적 가교하여 형성된 에어 인테이크 호스.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 에어 인테이크 호스는 ISO 1817 규격에 따라 ASTM NO.3 OIL에서 125±2℃ 온도 및 70 시간 동안 내유 시험한 시편에 대한 내유 시험 전과 후의
경도 변화도 값이 -22 shore A 내지 0 shore A 이고,
인장강도 변화율(%)이 -33 % 내지 0 %이고,
신율 변화율(%)이 -68 % 내지 0 %이고,
100%M 변화율(%)이 -15 % 내지 0 %이고,
체적 변화율(%)이 0 % 내지 93 %인 에어 인테이크 호스.
