도 2는 본 발명에 따른 영구 자석의 제조 공정을 나타낸 설명도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 영구 자석의 제조 공정 중, 특히 그린 시트의 성형 공정을 나타낸 설명도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 영구 자석의 제조 공정 중, 특히 그린 시트의 가열 공정 및 자장 배향 공정을 나타낸 설명도이다.

Claims (7)
- 자석 원료를 자석 분말로 분쇄하는 공정과,
상기 자석 분말과 바인더를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 공정과,
상기 혼합물로부터 성형체를 성형하는 공정과,
소결 후 상기 성형체에 함유된 잔존 산소량이 5000ppm 이하가 되도록 적어도 온도 200℃내지 900℃의 범위에서 항상 0.2 MPa 이상의 압력으로 가압한 비산화성 분위기 하에서 상기 성형체를 가소하는 공정과,
가소된 상기 성형체를 소성 온도에서 유지함으로써 소결시키는 공정을 차례로 포함하고,
상기 바인더는, 하기 화학식 (1)
(단, R1 및 R2는, 수소 원자, 저급 알킬기, 페닐기, 또는 비닐기를 나타냄)
로 표시되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 단량체를 필수적으로 함유하는 중합체 또는 공중합체로 만들어진 수지로 구성되고,
상기 성형체를 가소하는 공정은 수시간 지속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체를 가소하는 공정에서는, 상기 성형체를 0.2 MPa 이상의 압력으로 가압한 비산화성 분위기 하에서 바인더 분해 온도로 일정 시간 유지함으로써 상기 바인더를 비산시켜서 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성형체를 가소하는 공정에서는, 상기 성형체를 수소 분위기 하 또는 수소와 불활성 가스의 혼합 가스 분위기 하에서 200℃내지 900℃에서 일정 시간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성형체를 성형하는 공정에서는, 상기 혼합물을 핫 멜트 성형에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는, 폴리이소부틸렌 또는 스티렌과 이소프렌의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자석 원료를 분쇄하는 공정에서는, 상기 자석 원료를 유기 용매 중에서 습식 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성형체를 성형하는 공정에서는, 상기 분쇄된 자석 분말과 바인더가 혼합된 혼합물을 시트 형상으로 성형하고, 상기 성형체로서 그린 시트를 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법.
